Decent, but would choose a different hotel next time

Cons:

Room was damp, especially after taking a shower. Couldn't open a window. Which was probably why there's mold on/next to the window

Prettig Hotel met Geweldige medewerkers op een mooie locatie in Haarlem!
Pros:

De Hartelijke en Fijne ontvangst door de Nederlandse medewerker. (Sorry ben je naam vergeten).
Ook later die avond hebben we nog een leuk gesprek gehad over Duitsland.

Cons:

De blauwe zitzak op de kamer begreep ik echt niet.
Je kon er niet lekker op zitten, het was eerder een sta in de weg.
Mijn advies;
Weg met die zitzakken en zet er nog een 2e, goede stoel neer.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie vlakbij centrum. Kamer was schoon.

Perfecte ligging en vriendelijk personeel, maar laat qua geluid en schoonmaken wat te wensen over.
Pros:

Hotel ligt ideaal bij het centrum van Haarlem en naast het Patronaat (en dus perfect als je een concert hier bezoekt). Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De lakens op de bedden van de kamer welke ik in eerste instantie kreeg waren alles behalve schoon. Overal lagen haren en de het zat vol met vlekken. Doordat er niemand meer van housekeeping was kreeg ik een nieuwe kamer welke gelukkig een stuk beter was.
Als je hier in het weekend verblijft, probeer dan een kamer aan de achterkant te krijgen, want de ramen zijn niet soundproof en de kroeg aan de overkant komt hard binnen.

Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and bathroom was nice. Overall it was fine. I don't think I would stay again though. It just suited us to be next to the venue.

Cons:

I have stayed in similar priced hotels that had better facilities. Our A/C did not work, the safe was awkward to use and the TV was useless, unless you spoke Dutch. My fault for thinking the TV was a smart one though.
