Pros:

The staff were excellent and the location was very good.

Cons:

The entire small room was extremely impractical with a dysfunctional layout with insufficient storage unless you are staying a night or two only. Who sits in a beanbag chair that also takes up too much valuable floor space. It could be far more efficient with more appropriate furniture instead of a college dorm approach. One side of the bed had a "night table too small to accommodate anything beyond a cell phone. The rooms are not senior friendly. Bathrooms need better lighting, shower floor slippery when wet and better/large knobs to hang towels, etc. and not over the toilet. Complete lack of humidity control in the rooms which become very humid. No window to open. No mini fridge.
Every morning there was a foul smell in the hallway, not a great way to start the day.
Beyond the breakfast hours, if you wanted coffee or tea, you had to pay for it. Considering the cost per night at this hotel, both should be available to the guest and free.

Ottima scelta ad Haarlem
Pros:

Hotel a due passi dal centro di Haarlem, molto comodo anche per chi come noi viaggiava in auto ed ha potuto lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio convenzionato - chiedere all'hotel ala momento della prenotazione - a menno di conque minuti a piedi. Camera nuova, pulitissima e letto super comodo. C'è un grazioso spazio comune del quale no nabbiamo usufruito. Non abbiamo neppure assaggiato la colazion che sembrava comunque di buon livello. Nota di merito: si accettano cani

Pros:

Le personnel est tres accueillant. L hôtel est moderne et propre. A 15/20’ de la gare à pied. Que le bord du canal Tranquille
