Japanin loman kohokohta
Pros:

Japanilaistyylinen huone tatamimatolla oli viihtyisä ja siisti, sekä henkilökunta oli hyvin avuliasta. Hotellin onsen ylitti odotukset. Sekä miesten että naisten kylpyalueilla oli sisä- ja ulkoallas, joissa sai rentoutua päivän päätteeksi rauhassa.

I would definitely recommend this hotel
Pros:

Loved the onsen. Loved that tatami beds. Clean and comfortable with a good location to easily access everything. I would definitely stay here again

大満足、、領収書を送ってほしいです。
Pros:

お風呂が貸し切りで入れてマッサージ機が使い放題だったところ。

Can recommend this hotel. Onsite parking is an added benefit.
Pros:

Great location, the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was exceptional with extra futons for those of us old enough to need them. The restaurant was well catered with great Japanese breakfasts.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bzw. im Foyer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen gibt es zweimal einen Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Zum See kann man bequem zu Fuß gehen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Onsen im Hotel!

Pros:

Es un ryokan algo antiguo, pero está muy bien cuidado. El onsen comunitario es una pasada. Las habitaciones son tradicionales con futones, y son muy amplias y tranquilas.

Cons:

Llegamos a las 14h y estuvimos esperando media hora para que apareciera alguien de recepción. Entendimos que llegamos fuera de horario del chek-in, pero hubiesemos agradecido que alguien nos atendiera para, almenos, dejar las maletas. Recomiendo avisar con antelación de la hora aproximada de llegada.

Contemporary Classic Cottage
Pros:

Shuttle service to pick us up at Kawaguchiko Station and send us to Kawaguchiko Station on departure day and also during our stay. We enjoyed the good quality bathing and also skincare products. Friendly staff. The hop on off bus stop and lake are just within 3 mins walk.

Uroczy hotel w świetnej lokalizacji i przemiła obsługa!
Pros:

Lokalizacja- nad samym jeziorem, wszędzie blisko, pod hotelem wypożyczalnia rowerów, knajpki, 20 min spacerem do głównej stacji a jednocześnie cicho
Personel- bardzo wysoka jakość obsługi, przemiły personel, który dbal o o byśmy czuły się komfortowo.
Hotel- czysty, zadbany z prywatnym onsenem (wspaniałe doświadczenie), codziennie wymieniano nam zestaw (kimono,ręczniki, woda do korzystania z onsenu dodatkowo uroczo spakowane- czułam się jak w hotelu spa), miałyśmy pokój z widokiem na góry, przy wymeldowaniu jest shuttle bus na stację więc nie trzeba się martwić jak dostać się z wielkimi walizkami na stację. Świetne miejsce, bardzo tu odpoczęłam i czułam się jak w domu. Polecam serdecznie :)))
