Café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

no check-in cheguei e tinham 2 pessoas para atender.. e 3 para fazer check-in.. apenas um atendente fez, o outro ficou no computador.. gerando demora e irritação dos demais na fila

Pros:

J’ai apprécié l'extrême gentillesse du personnel à mon égard. Je retiens en particulier une femme de chambre, Horchulia, qui a fait un excellent travail et mérite les félicitations et j'espère la reconnaissance de la direction de l'établissement.

Agradeci a excepcional gentileza dos funcionários para comigo. Lembro-me em particular de uma camareira, Horchulia, que fez um excelente trabalho e merece elogios e, espero, reconhecimento da gerência do hotel.
