Die Lage und Eingangsbereich
Ich war sehr enttäuscht das ich 20 Euro pro Person für den Pool bezahlen musste.
Das wir pro Zimmer 50 Euro Kaution bezahlen mussten.
Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht wieder besuchen.
Localisation fabuleuse, accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste ,chambre spacieuse, confortable,située côté jardin, propre,
clim.Hôtel très calme,apaisant.
Buffet petit-déjeuner excellent : choix et de qualité!
Une petite bouteille d'eau de bienvenue : 2 seraient un + pour les 2 personnes de la chambre.
Oubli d'1 serviette de bain, le 2ième jour mais j'ai pu en redemander une à la réception.
Enfin, le prix des parkings mais pour tous les parkings à Louvain-la- Neuve, c'est dément!!!

Een 2-persoonskamer waar 1 flesje water en 3 nespresso cupjes vonden wij vreemd (maak hier 2 en 4 van). Wellness waar je alleen tegen betaling in mag.

l'hotel est très bien situé , les chambres sont confortables, les lits très grands et la qualité du service est là, le seul bémol c'est que la piscine est facultatif, et il demande 20 euro par personne et on doit réserver un créneau horaire, c'est très regrettable

Le check out est un peu tôt pour 2 nuits, il serait bien de pouvoir l'effectuer en fonction du check in- 16h-> 16h par exemple
