Penginapan tak sesuai dengan nama hotel.. Tgk gambar mcm best hotel ni. Sekali check in tak berbaloi

Bilik sempit. Toilet pun sempit, buka pintu toilet, tersangkut kat singki.. 1st masuk bilik, toilet berbau kumbahan..kuat sgt baunya... Dapat tukar bilik ke 2 pun sama, tetap ada bau kumbahan 🥴 lagi dasyat bilik ke 2 ,pintu toilet pula rosak.. malas nk tukar bilik lagi.. kita dh penat drive dari jauh.. mlm tu x blh nk tidur lena, mengharap cepat nya berlalu malam sb tak tahan bau busuk kumbahan memasuki ruang bilik tidur...

Cons:

We booked for 2 adults but only received one small bottle of drinking water and one set of shampoo and when we mentioned it staff told us that these were instructions from owner
Zero tea bags or any coffee or sugar were provided
We’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels in kl and those basics were provided
