Pros:

cozy bed, water heater function well

Cons:

there's no wifi, no tv no hair dryer, the room we book on apps is messy and dirty, luckily we can change the room

Kesilapan pengurusan menyusahkan saya
Cons:

Tempahan saya dah confirm oleh booking.com tapi bila sampai untuk check in, front desk Kata bilik Dah penuh dan ada kesilapan dari pihak pengurusan. Tiada permohonan maaf dari pihak hotel dan saya terpaksa mencari hotel lain.

Unexpected bad experience.

the customer service and the dirty, uncleaned room with full with rubbish left by the previous guest. The hotel changed my room immediately but this time the TV plug can't be used since it has missing pin out of the three. Asked the staff, they asked me to wait for another staff before 12am to fix. I asked for a room change because all I want is to rest. I don't want another male staff knocking my door late at night. When I insist room change, the staff rudely talking with the tone that I realy dont like as I am a paying customer, not staying for free. So I asked for a cancellation and refund. No one should be treated like how I was treated.
