Guest expects better service.
Pros:

Property is at good location. Facilities are also good. Staff response good.

Cons:

AC maintenance was a bit poor. Since it's summer now. AC should be working perfectly. We have to change our room after a few hours due to AC problem.

An average property with many shortfalls.
Pros:

Location is very nice.

Cons:

Actually it’s not a hotel but a marriage garden which is being used as hotel during off season . It doesn’t fit in the definition of a hotel. In all the rooms bathrooms are 3 to 6 inches high from the room floor leval which is very inconvenient. Specially for those who are physically challenged.
Finally, it’s not wheelchair friendly too.
