We highly
Pros:

The Betlemi is located in a lovely neighbourhood which has plenty of places to eat and walk around. We were sent an extensive list of places to try all of which were great. Our room was exactly what we needed and had beautiful views of tblisi. Our host was great, we felt very well looked after!

Toller Ausblick, tolle Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Hotel oder auf der Straße davor. Anfahrt über schmale Gassen. Die Hauskatze Georgia ist sehr süß und die Besitzerin sehr freundlich.

Excellent small hotel in the heart of Tbilisi old town.

Good price, location, room and value.
I strongly recommend a room with a view, it's one of the best views in the city.

Breakfast was good and cooked by the lovely host Natalia, she is what makes the stay special, very helpful with a good mind for service.

The hotel has a terrace and a good selection of wines to buy at a good price.

Keep in mind that the hotel is located up the hillside so getting up might be hard for the elderly or disabled.

Могу посоветовать всем, кто ищет уютное, почти домашнее, место ночлега
Pros:

Отличное расположение, близко к старому городу, на небольшой возвышенности с отличным видом. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Могла бы быть получше звукоизоляция, но нам повезло с соседями и было довольно тихо. Конечно надо обязательно иметь ввиду, что отель довольно высоко и добраться к нему будет для кого-то непростой задачей (хотя лично для нас это не было проблемой)

Pros:

We had an amazing experience in Betlemi Old Town Hotel. The owner of the hotel, Natalia, was very friendly, gave us bunch of tips, we felt like home! Moreover, the location is ideal to explore Tbilisi, everything is literally ten minutes walk.
