Pros:

The room is large enough, breakfast included on the terrace when the weather is nice, location is fine. Best was the host really doing her best and sharing nice restaurant tips

Cons:

Overall very simple, no frills accommodation. I have nothing to compare in Tbilisi but I was not impressed.

Unfortunately, there was renovation ongoing on the outer wall of my room. This should have been informed upfront - I would honestly expect a discount cause it was impossible noise. Apparently this will continue for 1 month - i do not understand why that room would even be rented then

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit hôtel, situé dans les vieilles rues sinueuses et en pentes de Tbilissi. Excellent accueil, rien à dire question propreté, très bon petit déjeuner et en plus nous avons pu passé la soirée en famille sur la terrasse qui domine la ville. Un très bon moment.

Cons:

Le mobilier est un peu vintage, mais l'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité prix. Pour des personnes avec des poussettes ou des enfants en bas âge, bien se renseigner avant.

Wonderful guest house with incredible views over Tbilisi
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Betlemi Old Town Hotel. The room was incredibly clean and cosy with a very comfortable bed. The views from the terrace are absolutely incredible with a great view of Tbilisi old town. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and helped arrange an airport transfer for us which we really appreciated as our flight landed early in the morning. They also made a fantastic fresh breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The hotel is located in/near the Sololaki district with lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and is a short walk to the old town area. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back on our next trip to Tbilisi.

Amazing location, kind host who showed us all of Tbilisi sights from the terrace, clean room, amazing homemade breakfast.

Cons:

We had the room on the ground floor, on the street, and it was difficult to open the window behind the bed. However this was not a problem for us as we only stayed two nights

Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir während unseres Georgien Urlaubs hatten. Schönes Zimmer mit gutem Badezimmer - sticht qualitativ aus den in Georgien üblichen Unterkünfte wirklich heraus. DAS Highlight ist der Ausblick über Tiflis - sowohl vom kleinen privaten Balkon als auch von Terrasse, wo es auch ein nettes Frühstück gibt.

Нам всё очень понравилось! Апартаменты чистые и уютные, расположение отличное. Хозяйка Наталья — великолепная женщина: добрая, отзывчивая и очень гостеприимная. Останавливаемся здесь уже не первый раз и, когда приедем снова, обязательно выберем этот отель!

Fantastique, belle vue de la terrasse
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville, calme, très belle vue et très bon petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Pros:

What a great hotel with lovely people. We enjoyed our stay so much. Close to all the hotspots of Tbilisi but far enough for a more quiet experience. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. It was a very warm welcome and we will be back!

Leuke guesthouse in de old town
Pros:

De lokatie was helemaal goed, boven in de old town, rustig en authentiek en toch vlakbij de actie.
Welkomst-wijn op het dakterras met uitzicht, evenals het uitgebreide ontbijt.

Cons:

De badkamer was niet goed te ventileren. Verder alles OK!

Good stay, would recommend
Pros:

Nice location on the upper streets of the town, but very close to central attractions. Nice to have a balcony, and the upstairs common room / dining area also has a lovely terrace and view. Beds were comfy enough - all good. And the price was reasonable

Cons:

Not much privacy between the balconies (just a pot plant separating our balcony from the next room's), but didn't really matter. In all, a good stay and would recommend

Прекрасный отель, всё очень понравилось: Гостеприимство, чистота, шикарная терраса с потрясающим видом на город, вкуснейшие завтраки. Особенно хотелось бы отметить отношение Ирины к гостям и её помощь во всем. Вид с балкона шикарный.

第比利斯体验绝佳的民宿
Pros:

阳台景观一流的民宿，可以直接看到圣三一教堂和格鲁吉亚之母雕像（路口附近有小路可以直接爬上山顶）。房东娜塔莉娅和阿姨人都非常好，晚上到达之后会用葡萄酒和葡萄招待我们，早餐营养丰富，如果还有机会来第比利斯，我会选择再次入住这里。
