Kleines Hotel in Betlemi mit super Blick auf die Stadt
Pros:

Traumhafter Blick auf die Stadt von der Terrasse, 1 Glas Wein zur Begrüßung, Natalia ist sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste und bietet Transfer, Ausflüge und Restauranttipps an. Frühstück im Georgian Style!

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf die Altstadt
Pros:

Wir haben uns auf der Rückreise nach Tbilisi wieder bei Natalia eingemietet. Es war wie ein "coming-home". Wir konnten unsere Koffer bis zum Abflug bei ihr unterstellen. Auf der wunderbaren Terrasse haben wir noch ein letztes Glas Wein getrunken und uns mit Natalia unterhalten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft an jeden weiterempfehlen, der gern nahe der Altstadt in einem authentischen Haus mit wenigen Zimmern wohnen möchte.

Die Lage in der Altstadt und der Blick von der Dachterrasse sind fantastisch. Leckeres Frühstück mit Blick auf Tbilisi. Familiäre Atmosphäre und hilfreiche Tipps von der Gastgeberin.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und leider nur sehr kleiner Schrank vorhanden.

Fijne kamer met balkon met prachtig uitzicht over de stad
Pros:

Fijne kamer met balkon met uitzicht over de hele stad en goede bedden. Super aardige host met goede adviezen voor restaurantjes en regelde taxi voor ons. Hele centrale ligging. En lekker ontbijt op groot terras met prachtig uitzicht op de stad.

Das zweite Mal und noch genauso schön.
Pros:

Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen sensationellen Blick über die Stadt. Abends dort sitzen und Wein trinken ist schon der halbe Urlaub.
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich. Das Frühstück wird immer frisch gemacht. Nathalia hat gute Tips.

Cons:

Schwierig ist die Unterkunft für Personen mit Geheinschränkung.

Voelde als thuiskomen in Tbilisi
Pros:

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Betlemi Old Town Hotel. Eigenaresse Natalia is ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. We werden warm ontvangen en kregen duidelijke uitleg over het hotel en de omgeving. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend heerlijk en vers. De locatie in de oude stad is perfect om Tbilisi te verkennen. Alles was netjes verzorgd en we voelden ons direct thuis. Absoluut een aanrader!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad en zouden dit hotel zeker opnieuw boeken. 😊

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen wieder!
Pros:

Wunderschöne, saubere Zimmer und eine atemberaubende Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Altstadt, auf der das leckere Frühstück serviert wird. Die Lage ist top, man ist sofort mitten drin. Irina und Natalia haben es zu einem perfekten Aufenthalt werden lassen.

Кроме дружелюбной хозяйки сказать нечего

Cons:

Катышки на простыни. Катышки. Это какого качества и длительности использования надо было постелить белье?! Подушка дубовая и огромная для горбатых. Вайб как у очень недружелюбной бабушки в очень отдаленной деревне. Комнатка 2 на 2, в туалете висит держатель для туалетной бумаги острый и покосившийся, постоянно задевает и рвет одежду. Мыло для рук такое жесткое, что лучше мыть хозяйственным. Когда заселились, из всего, что должно быть в ванной стояли 4 пробника геля для душа, два из которых были кем-то использованы почти до конца. Экономят на всем так, что даже вода обычная в этом месте стоит 2 лари! Даже для такой цены это перебор с экономией. Фото не соответствуют действительности!!!! Плюс добираться по такому количеству лестниц и крутых подъемов, что даже если вы молодой сильный спортсмен, будет трудно. Крайне не рекомендую!!!!

Gutes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr umtriebige und wahrlich sympathische Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker. Zu empfehlen, wenn man in die Altstadt zu Fuß möchte und hoch hinaus zur Mother oder zum botanischen Garten.

Cons:

Die Altstadt ist per Auto - ich will mal sagen - herausfordernd. Somit obacht.
Das Zimmer war recht klein, die Katze nervte - die anscheinend halterlos ist - und man hört jeden Gast, der dort ein und aus geht. Leider auch mitten in der Nacht.

Natalia, the host, is very helpful, giving guests a panoramic guide to Tbilisi from the balcony after a home-cooked two course breakfast of cheese and salad vegetables to be dipped in "a special Georgian sauce" followed by baked eggs Georgian-style. She will point out the various sights you should visit. But you will already know that this hotel (its street address is 21 Betlemi Street, easier to access than the hotel front door) is perched high in a cobweb of cobbled streets each steeper than the one before. On foot, though, this hotel is perfect for visiting for visiting all Tbilisi's main attractions...they're all closer than you think on arrival. Natalia also has great recommendations about where to dine on Georgian cuisine without paying exorbitant tourist rates. Friendly, basic but highly recommended.

Very centrally located, walking distance from shops and restaurants and truly in the heart of the town. Nice little shared balcony with beautiful views. Welcome drink on arrival and friendly hosts. Lovely stay for a quick stop over in Tbilisi.

Cons:

Street parking. If driving own car, parking can be a bit stressful with narrow streets and we were nervous our rental car would get scratched.

Great location with amazing views
Pros:

From the moment I got there Natalia sent me a WhatsApp of all the local places to visit and on her balcony showed me all the points of interest.

I was new to Georgia and asked questions answered she was more than happy to answer them, does a great breakfast with amazing views.

I even got a 50 GEL fine for crossing the road dangerously and wasn't able to make the bank and gave the cash to Natalia and she paid it.

After checking out I had a late flight and I was allowed to store my luggage and come and go till my taxi arrived.

Really enjoyed staying here and you get treated amazing by Natalia and her team.

Cons:

There isn't a bad point I can add.
