アクセスと立地、朝食ビュッフェは◎だと思います。
Pros:

駅から近いし繁華街だから、夜飲みに出かけたりあちこちアクセスするには良いところだと思います。
最上階の１４階に大浴場があり、23時からはタトゥーフリーになるので、気を遣わずに入れてよかったです。
大人３人で朝食付きプランで利用させてもらいましたが、ビュッフェの品数、お味、ロケーション、スタッフさんの対応すべて良かったです。
部屋には壁掛けテレビがあり、YouTubeや Netflixなどが視聴できるのも良い点でした。
チェックアウトの際は、エントランスの返却ボックスにルームカードを入れるだけなので楽チンでした。

Cons:

駅が近い分、終日電車の走る音がまーまーの音量で響きます。枕が変わると寝付けない方には、少し気になる点かも知れません。
大人３人で利用させていただきましたが、ベッド２台とソファベッドだったので、部屋の広さや寝心地に関しては、ん〜やっぱりお値段相応かな？と思います。
エレベーターが２台ありましたが、ボタンを押してもなかなかエレベーターが来ないと感じました。

Pros:

駅からも分かりやすく近くて便利でした。大浴場目当てで予約して大満足！大きな大浴場が二つもあって綺麗で朝晩利用しました。朝食はビュッフェで込み合っていました。もう一つレーンがあってもいいと思います。美味しいからいいですがそこだけ残念かと。お部屋はクイーンサイズのベッドでソファーも広く圧迫感なくてとてもとかったです。
次回も神戸にイベントがあるときはお願いすると思います。

朝食のビュッフェレーンで大変込み合っていたのであと1レーンあっれもいいと思いました。廊下の空調が効きすぎ（笑）電気代心配になるクラスの冷え方です。
