交通非常方便，距離三宮站、元町站都非常近，前往大阪或姬路交通非常方便
櫃台服務人員非常親切，效率高，不到3分鐘就辦理好入住手續
旁邊就是三宮商店街，假如想要買動漫周邊商品的話，アニメイト / 駿河屋 / らしんばん / まんだらけ / BOOKOFF都開在附近

快適でハイレベルなシティホテル。
Pros:

ここを拠点に色々観光に行ける立地、周りにレストランが多くあり食事も困らない。商店街がすぐなので雨の日でも便利でした。お風呂が気持ち良かった。

Cons:

冷蔵庫、ポットが置いてあるワゴン裏に埃が大量に溜まっており清潔感が台無し。

地點絕佳、早餐豐盛
Pros:

位置鄰近元町站（200m)、三宮站（500m)，生田神社、三宮神社、元町商店街、三宮商店街、舊居留地都非常近，步行可達，吃喝玩樂採購都超方便，早餐非常豐盛、美味。

Comfortable, convenient and has an onsen.
Pros:

Despite being in the centre of the city and across from the railway station, it is very quiet. The rooms and beds are extremely comfortable. The location is excellent being very close to the station and a bus stop right outside. Kobe Motomachi and many other shopping centres are a few minutes walk away. Best of all, it has an onsen.

Cons:

When you first arrive, the entrance isn’t really obvious and it’s not clear that the reception is on the 13th floor. While there is a lot of variety for breakfast, I found the food in the trays cold and a bit dried out. No tea bags or sugar provided in the room despite there being a jug.
