Hello,
I am a guest who stayed at your hotel for four consecutive nights.

On the morning of the third day of my stay, I briefly went out to a convenience store. Since I did not require any other housekeeping service, I left the trash bin outside my room so that it could simply be emptied.

When I returned, I noticed that the key card I had left inserted in the designated place was gone.

There were still housekeeping staff working on the floor, so I asked about it. I was told that a young female staff member had taken the key card. She later came to me, handed me a key card, and simply said, “Sorry.”

I was extremely confused and concerned by this situation. All of our belongings were unpacked inside the room, so I would like to know why the key card was taken in the first place.

What was even more concerning was that the key card she returned to us was not actually our key card.

Not knowing this, we later tried to enter our room after going out, but the door would not open. We had to go to the 13th floor, explain the situation, and have the key card reprogrammed before we could access our room again.

What particularly bothered me was the staff member’s reaction after realizing that the card she had given us belonged to someone else. We had done nothing wrong, yet her expression made us feel as though we were being suspected of something. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

Because of the discomfort and concern this incident caused us, we went through all of our belongings and reorganized our luggage to make sure that nothing was missing. Fortunately, we have not found anything missing so far.

We understand that mistakes can happen, but we sincerely hope that your staff will exercise greater care and caution in the future so that an incident like this does not happen again.

We would appreciate an explanation as to why our key card was taken and why a different guest’s key card was given to us.

新しいホテルなのでとても綺麗でした！立地も、さんちかを通ると地上に出ることなく三宮の駅から辿り着けます。夏の暑い時期だったので、とても助かりました。お風呂もスカイスパで特別感があります。
