Pros:

After reading reviews from previous guests, I was a bit hesitant about staying at this hotel. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised:

The room was clean and well-ventilated.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel provides free bicycles, which is very convenient if you want to get around the city quickly.

The location is excellent: only 2 minutes from the beach, next to a bus stop, and about a 30-minute walk from the train station.

I would like to mention that I did not use the parking facilities or have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on those services.

One suggestion for improvement: having a refrigerator in the room would be very useful.

Breve sogggiorno…per una notte ok
Pros:

Per chi non ha grande pretese. Posizione comoda, a piedi in 20 minuti si arriva allo stadio (eravamo per un concerto), si arriva alla stazione e vicinissimo al mare. Colazione ok

Cons:

Camere piccole, molto rumorose, bagno con doccia molto stretta e che perdeva acqua fuori…no frigo bar, aria condizionata discutibile
