Very friendly staff but not clean.
Pros:

the staff were very friendly with all the issues we did have, and offered us a different room (but we couldn't take because it was too small for us all😔) and the spot is very nice (walking distance from so much).

Cons:

There was a used needle and weed in the room, the beds were full of crumbs, and the room was just pretty dirty. Full of cockroaches and bugs, and the tables were weirdly sticky.

Pros:

Accommodation is very expensive in Perth and the Canning Bridge Auto Lodge is good value for money. It's close to Canning Bridge train station for Central Perth and there are buses outside the hotel going to both Perth & Fremantle (we did not have a car). It has a lovely pool which I enjoyed daily, for my morning dip. The rooms are very spacious and we had a fridge, microwave etc. Towels and toiletries were replaced daily. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I wouldn't go so far as saying I didn't like - but some of the furnishings were a tad worn around the edges.

Damages deposit a scam, you don’t get it back from Booking.com

Cons:

Booking.com scam with this property “Beware”! When booking on website room advertised at $80 with $100 damages deposit clearly stating deposit “fully refundable”. But at check hotel want another deposit and state NO room is $180! Total scam!!

Pros:

Comfy bed

Cons:

1 you could hear other guests above you walking around their room
2 noisy you could hear guest talking outside
3 sofa was so low it felt like you were on the floor
4 house keeping knocked once and entered the room, not even a chance to go from the bedroom to answer the door
5 you could hear the other rooms using their bathroom
6 TV was very hard to use

Good location

Cons:

We had to move rooms twice due to water dripping inside our rooms wetting the floors and carpets due to the air conditioners.
Their response was great just a pain to pack up and move twice.
The 3rd room we got didnt have aircon in the main bedroom so I had to use the single bed in the lounge area and my kids had to sleep together.

Cons:

Blood stains on mattress. Dirty shower toe nails and pubes in bed. Hardly any parking. Had a domestic abuse going on in the room next to me. Didn't feel safe.
