Horrible experience, do yourself a favor and avoid staying here. There are plenty of better options.
First, they provided the wrong lockbox code. We arrived after reception was closed and had to wait outside in the cold to sort it out. Luckily, the receptionist from the hotel across the street was incredibly kind and helped us call them, as we didn’t have roaming or a local SIM yet.
Once we finally got into the room, it was not what we had booked. I paid for a king room but was given a twin room instead.
I had booked this place a while ago, and by the time I considered changing it, it was no longer refundable.
Reception were friendly, helpful and efficient. Beds are very comfortable and room is spacious.
I stayed here previosly and had a nice room with bit of a view. This visit cost 20% more and I was given a doubly downgraded room (original choice crossed out and replaced with the one I received on my arrival form). The only light in the bathroom was broken and you could not access the toilet without closing the door. The fridge was also not working and no TV remote was available. It was only a single night stay, but these small issues should be addressed swiftly so that guests do not get a below par experience. The room also had a major structural girder across the window, but nothing could be done about this.
Comfortable beds, clean.
Reception staff could be more pleasant instead of rushing to get back to their phone.

Compared to others in same location- property was low spec.
The location was great and the staff were great.
I don't feel like our room was cleaned well.
The fan was full with dust/ clumps of fluff. Hair on the shower walls. Lamps are stained and bent. All the walls are scuffed a lot. Overall gave the room an unclean finish. The bathroom was a very tight space, to door opened onto the toilet with minimal room between the door, vanity and toilet were not big people but it wouldn't be very accommodating for those that are. The first night our swipe cards wouldn't work so we had to get that sorted then following on the lift sensors broke meaning we had to walk down the stairs.
Friendly reception staff, location was great for price - however travel without a car can be expensive!
The room was tidy but not clean, the shower was mouldy, the walls marked and dusty. The worst part was the toilet brush which needed to be thrown away ideally.
The "free" parking on site is first in only. Otherwise, you pay road parking rates or risk being towed.
The cupboard door fell off
Locatie was perfect. Gratis parkeerplaats was niet altijd voorhanden, maar er was een grote parkeerplaats op loopafstand (tegen betaling). Kamer was prima met een prachtig uitzicht.
Op de 2e dag van ons verblijf ben ik naar de receptie gegaan en verteld, dat er al 2 dagen niet is schoongemaakt. Prullenbakken niet leeggemaakt, geen wisseling van handdoeken en beddengoed. Hierop antwoordde zij, dat er pas vanaf de 3e dag wordt schoongemaakt. Vreemd, maar zij kon er niets aan doen vertelde zij. Het zou fijn zijn, dat dit bij het inchecken wordt doorgegeven, zodat je hier ook rekening mee kunt houden. Dit verwacht ik echter niet van een 4-sterrenhotel.

The room location and hotels were fine
The carpets were black, food on the walls. The beds and Bathroom were fine. And a very very small stool not a table of any type.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was good with cooking facilities, washing and drying facilities too .
It is ok to have a washer and dryer in the room, but not when the adjoining room has theirs on until gone 01.00 , preventing us from sleeping.
We had a sticker on ours saying don’t use between 22.00 and 07.00. So can only assume our neighbours did too .
My wife got no reply after knocking on their door and reception is unmanned overnight.
A bad nights sleep ahead of a long day driving .
It was in a great location and the coffee shop downstairs was great.
My room was not cleaned properly as there were a few items left by the last guest that were not cleaned (items in the freezer, a jumper under the bed and some nuts under the bed).
Close to bus stop to go into town and airport.
A few nice restaurants near by and coffee shop downstairs.

Not enough parking and no smart TV
It was nice and quiet, not far from activities.
Amenities could have been better for the price paid. No flannels, towels were small, no vanity type products.
