Very good cafe at ground floor
Terrible housekeeping. The fridge smelt of rotten milk, the door to the room would catch badly on the door jamb, both bedside lights didn’t work, and the shower had mould in joins.
The room the beds the surroundings everything closeby
Location - Close to where i work when im in Queenstown
I had to be moved rooms as the dishwasher had leaked all through the carpet, which is fine, things happen but when i went down to move rooms the reception ladies had no clue what i was on about
Location
The room provided shelter from sleeping on the streets
The room was filthy. Actually, disgusting, hopeless, and unhelpful staff made it all very frustrating
Location proximity to the airport
Sent me way too many texts, emails before, during and after stay about check in, check out, review. Went from zero to annoying pretty fast.
Worst experience ever had
Customer service is very rude
Quiet and close to the airport.
Nothing
N/A
All ok.
Dirty room & dirty hotel. Carpet dirty & stained. Walls all marked up. Window shades stained ,& dirty. Bathroom ceiling fan full of lint/dust, air con barely worked
Good security, good gym equipment, comfortable bed
2 nd bed was not comfortable. For the price there was no microwave, bowls cutlery etc.
Quiet location with good public transport access.
Clean, comfortable rooms
The lack of reception staff during out of hours i.e. no reception staff after 8pm until 8am
Great proximity to the airport and rental car drop off, free and plentiful car parking, and nice dinner across the road at the Holiday Inn.
I thought it was very poor that for $NZ 354 ($AUD 305) per night, we did not even have a CHAIR in our room, so for having a coffee or watching tv, we had to sit on the bed.
We were supposed to check in at 2pm, but we didn’t receive our room keys until 3pm. This was disappointing, especially since we were clearly told that we would be charged if we stayed even a few minutes past check-out time.
There was also no shower gel in the room. I called reception twice, and both times they just responded “okay” without resolving the issue. The next day, I had to leave my room and find a cleaner myself to get some shower gel.
Considering how much we paid, the experience was disappointing and not worth the money
