Has good potential we liked the Location, franks, bed was clean and comfy and free parking
The room was very unkempt lots of marks of grime on the walls bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower didn't work properly there also wasnt enough towels. I contacted the property via email (no reply) I visited reception after the first night and found the receptionist very rude. She explained that the rooms only get serviced every 3 days. I asked if I could at least have some clean towels - she very reluctantly agreed. ..
The only positive thing about our stay was the cafe/bakery downstairs, which was great.
Our stay at Wyndham Garden Remarkables Park was very disappointing. The bathroom exhaust fan was visibly dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The lift was also having issues, which was inconvenient during our stay.
The car park is extremely limited, with only a handful of spaces available. When we returned to the hotel at night after dinner, there were no hotel parking spaces left, so we had to pay for parking elsewhere. For a hotel of this size, this is very inconvenient.
We stayed for two nights and, surprisingly, our room was not serviced at all during our stay. Overall, the cleanliness, facilities and service did not meet the standard we expected.

The location is good
The place is a bit tired, although not that old. Air conditioning did not work properly in my room.
Close to airport, and was walking distance to local shops and supermarkets.

location is good ,great bakry/cafe at bottom of building.Easy accedd to bus into Queenstown.Meaning you don't have to deal with Queenstowns traffic problems.
The room was a small box,but fine for tbe one night we stayed.and had great view out the window
loved that there was a washing machine and dryer
Getting to operate the lift with your room card was a mission and bathroom seemed a little tired. I have managed similar hotels so my comments come with experience
Room not serviced main issue
Over priced for the room given tv had 2 channels massive beam runs across the window so theres no window view and the door handle fell off wasnt told about fitness center or pool on reception
Room was spacious and clean. Fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, Remarkable shopping Centre and cafe on ground floor.

Rooms were too small, and had massive metal beams inside taking up more space inside the room and obstructing window view
This hotel has gone downhill. The walls in the room are covered in marks, and rooms are showing general signs of wear and tear. Room servicing is once every 3 days, but during our 4 night stay, our "full service" consisted of new towels, and some dishwash liquid we should have received on day one, andsome new laundry detergent. Sheets were not changed, carpet covered in fluff not vacuumed, bathroom and bathroom sink not cleaned in any way...rubbish bins not emptied. Very hard to get a carpark - prepare to pay $11 a day nearby. Basically, you get what you pay for as it was cheaper than other hotels nearby....
