When I arrived it was freezing outside. The room was so warm and comfortable
close to airport, 19min walk
Helpful reception staff and great location. The bed was comfy and the lockable ski storage was a bonus.
Unfortunately the room wasnt what I expected of a 4 star hotel. Small, sparse furniture and really not very clean. Hair in bathroom, in the bed and the carpet needed a vacuum. Scuff marks all over the walls and dusty surfaces. The whole place just needed a good deep clean and a little more care and attention.
Very quiet considering right next to the airport and a very convenient location . Comfortable bed too.
No room service, tv didn’t work properly only two channels and the bathroom could do with a bit more care as mouldy in parts . One of the lifts also doesn’t work properly all the time so you have to push your floor button multiple times with force to get it going.

Rooms are no serviced daily. Need two towels per person, not one. Bed is to small.Having a steel support blocking such a million dollar view is just sad. Shower had body fat and mold in the corners of the shower. Room to hot and the heat bump when turned off turned back on again. Too tied to figure out how to work it.
They only service rooms every 3 days that's what reception told us.
So handy to bus stops and shops in the area. Pantry by Franks have the best bagels! No trouble getting a car park each day (first in first served).

I was emailed the morning of checkout to confirm time of checkout despite 10am already being the checkout time offered by the hotel. Regardless, I put 9:30am as our checkout time. At 9:15am, i heard a beep at our door, and it appeared that other people were entering our room unannounced - probably cleaners/housekeepers. They apologetically left in a hurry as soon as they saw me. Though they left, my privacy was breached and so was my comfort. All before the confirmed checkout time.
