Can base cooking inside the room

Liked the accommodating staff and ease of booking and checking-in! Amazing Franks pantry and coffee on the ground floor! Very easy to sort a coffee and access to snacks or brekkie. Handy to Five mile bay shopping Handy to Remarkables centre
Julie and Saraya on reception were really helpful on reception even sorting the air con when we couldn't get it cool enough Assisting with door handle when it came off in my hand!
The sun streams in so very warm which no doubt would be great In Winter months!
We also moved right at the start as we wanted MORE than a hotel room for a week's stay! Was no issue to move! And to get room as per photos on booking website
We didn't like the parking ticket we got ! $85 for a deserted parking area when the hotel car park was full & we planned to move before the bakery opened but the parking enforcement came at 6.15am! Grrr Meanwhile a little bit noisy with inconsiderate guests slamming doors Not the hotels fault We found our room great tho I like to get a clean towel daily as they are always so small so I just asked each day & was given towels so thanks. Tonight for the first time in a week we have got another rooms cooking smells First time tho ! I think the air con needs a refresh as it cannot cope with hot sunny rooms from afternoon sun unless you pull all the drapes when you leave for the day ???? That's not something you think of if leaving at 9/10 in the morning so maybe needs addressing as was a heatwave when we came back at 5ish air con on or not ? Something you may want to address with guests as I'm pretty sure it was 30 degrees when we got back ,!!!!

Excellent location next to airport, also had a fantastic cafe in the hotel foyer.
Staff at reception forgot to tell me i needed a parking permit to park in the hotel carpark and ended up with an $85 parking fine - have however been very helpful in supplying me one now so I can dispute the fine.

Very Noisy air conditioning,
Issues with the lift ended up having to carry bags down the stairs early in the morning.
Extremely small room
The room was good value, clean and nice. The location was great and it was in a nice building with an adjoining cafe.
It's a shame that the front desk has limited staffing hours. We needed to check out early in the morning to make a flight and were not able to speak to any staff on site. There was a contact number only.
New hotel, all looks great.

The Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was nice, and even included a washing machine, dryer, microwave and dishwasher. It would have been nice to have an air rack as a lot of my clothes aren't dryer safe. View of the mountains were lovely, great location to the airport, movie theater and restaurants all in walking distance.
Just a small thing, I prefer a bottle or jug of milk rather than the little single shot of milk and the microwave was super hard to use.

How close to the airport it is. Queenstown is like 10mins away.
Parking. There were limited parking spaces, so if you can ensure a car park, you're fine. Otherwise, I think you have to park elsewhere and pay.
