Location, manager was considerate for accomodating late breakfast. They also provided whatever facilities possible like electric kattle, blankets
Room was not as expected as per details and images shown in the site. Also did not have heater Or electric blankets, Bathroom toilet was moving, loose and flush was not working

the staff behavior was pale the male receptionist didnt treated us well when we asked for a printout of a document he denied and didnt even suggested a place where we can get a printout he said i dont know in a rude manner.....then on checkout we tried to return a sealed waterbottle they denied that too.......... then we missed our breakfast on day one and requested them to adjust somehow with some other thing they denied that too
then the room was dirty like H##L there were spit marks on walls the dustbin had previous dirty bag with spit in it which the hotel staff removed after request only bathroom was dirty the water was smelly...power sockets were lose because the charger were sparking when plugged in......

Please REPAIR the inner lock-bolt of Wash Room of
ROOM NO. 302
We were travelling with senior citizen & kids and faced lot of problems staying at this property.
We made the booking 2 months prior to our travel dates still the rooms were not ready when we reached.
The staff refused to take food order when we reached hotel around 11 am after having Darshan stating break fast time was over.
We requested them to arrange some quick snacks since The family was tired and hungry and the hotel staff was not at all supportive.
Pros:
Room Service, Hotel Staff, Food, Hotel Location were really good. The Super deluxe rooms were spacious and good. Overall it was a good experience.
Cons:
The Semi Deluxe and Deluxe rooms were in dilapidated condition and needed major revamping. The rooms needs to be cleaned.

The property was not worth for money at all. Staff is also not good, don’t know how to talk to guests. Nothing was working properly in the Hotel , Towels was very dirty , no toiletilies were given. Wouldn’t suggest anyone for your stay .

There laundry staff was worst. They misbehaved for just hanging few cloths on rooftop even though after taking permission from hotel manager.

The service and the Hotel were good. They allowed us early check-in and made sure that we were comfortable. The Wifi was working slowly but manageable.
I have booked the hotel with a Breakfast option. They did not receive the confirmation and I had to talk with customer care to provide the breakfast which is doable but the Hotel can also take responsibility and bother to talk to customer care by themselves.
The hotel staff was good and location of hotel is superb. Its close to Bus stand, Railway station.
The Geysor was not working during my stay.

The staff was extreme rude .. the kitchen and reception staff don't know how to speak or how to address the problem . The room was clean but yeah a lot of staleness was there.
I like the location which is near to the center of Katra City. The cost I paid for is okay if anybody wishes to spend a night. TV wasn't working. Kids were disappointed. Overall my experience is just okay..
