シャトレーゼさんらしい、心配りのあるホテル。温泉のお湯がとても良かった。
Pros:

部屋が広いこと、スタッフが親切なこと、温泉が混雑しないように配慮してくれたこと、温泉の泉質。そしてアイス食べ放題。

Cons:

シャトレーゼさんの宿なので、朝食もスイーツやおいしいパンが出るのかと思ったら案外普通でちょっとがっかり。
お客さんがきちんと冷凍庫を閉めなかったのかもしれないが、アイス食べ放題のアイスが一部ドロドロに溶けていた。

夕食を摂るのに、近隣の飲食店のみを扱った地図が有れば良かった（以前利用したホテルでは手書きの簡単な地図が用意されていて、見やすかった）

トイレのウォシュレットが…作動せず。
温泉は良かったのですが、少しせまかった。

近くに観光施設や、飲食店、コンビニが多く、とても便利でした！
ウエルカムスイーツや、アイスの食べ放題最高でした。小学生と80代の母と一緒に泊まりましたがとても快適に過ごせました！

落ち着いて過ごせました❗
Pros:

内装が、古いままですが、キレイに整っていて思っていたよりもお部屋も広く落ち着いて過ごせました。頂いたお菓子も美味しかったです。

お風呂に入るためにフロントに確認しなければいけないのが面倒に感じました。
