Overall a disappointment and I will not recommend it unless they cut their rates by half

Pretty average facilities for the rates charged. Standard facilities elsewhere like smart Tv not available. The available TV hardly worked. The breakfast served for $20 per head was an absolute rip off. It can't be called "continental" in any terms.

I like the place because it has secure car parking
Pros:

The booking system is sooooo sloooow and reception procedures were therefore slow. Breakfast was average at best,

Cons:

Service in the restaurant was basically self-service from admission to getting the likes of salt and pepper shakers/grinders that were actually filled and worked.

Good location for what we were looking for

Cons:

The tv did not work. We called the front desk and he came up to look at it but couldn’t fix it. Wasn’t very pleasant looking right into a carpark building so curtains stayed shut. Seemed a little high in the rates. But assuming you upped the price due to multiple events on in town that weekend
