Шикарный отель из СССР
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение (особенно для желающих посетить высокогорный курорт Шымбулак и Медео), шикарный вид на телебашню Кок-Тюбе, размер номера, клиентоориентированность персонала, завтраки по талонам, по своему наполнению и помещению словно из СССР

Cons:

Гостиница, а вернее 2 оставшихся от неё этажа, т.к. все остальные это офисы, нуждается в реновации (ощущение, что ремонт не делали со времени открытия в 1974 году)

Cons:

Расположение моего номера возле комнаты горничных, было шумно и они курили на лестнице, запах доходил до коридора. Изображение телевизора очень плохое. Нужен уже давно ремонт отелю, тк он давно существует. Двери на балкон не открываются толком.

отличное соотношение цены/качества для отеля

понравилась цена! за 25к в сутки тяжело найти именно отельный вариант, да еще и с балконом. конечно отель устарел, давно нуждается в ремонте, месторасположение офигенное, не понимаю почему не делают реставрацию. В целом в комнате было чисто, напрягало что мало света совсем, наверно в целях экономии. Очень понравилось что есть балкон, но он смежный, если бы я не была с мужем, то боялась бы. Не знаю как там с безопасностью. Завтраки не отелевские, а больше столовые, но что мы хотим за 25к в сутки, базовые потребности главное закрывает, на выбор есть и каша, и что то из яиц, типа омлет, овощи, фрукты, чай/кофе.

Cons:

наверно немытые окна, они сильно портят вид, требуется реставрация гостиницы и ремонт
