от души рахмат братишке на ресепшене. Все сделал, чтобы отдых у нас был по кайфу. Выбрал самый топовый номер, с видом на Коктобе.

I'd like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel for the high level of service and especially commend the manager, Fatima. She's a true professional!
Fatima is always attentive, polite, and incredibly responsible. All issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and with a genuine desire to help. She creates an atmosphere of warmth and trust, making every stay as comfortable as possible.
I stayed at this hotel with my family, and I'd like to point out that manager Fatima helped us resolve absolutely every issue that arose during our stay.
Our room was clean, towels were always fresh, and cleaning was done daily. Fatima kindly explained that daily cleaning is the hotel's standard, and she personally ensured that everything was neat and comfortable.
Breakfast was served daily, on time, and to a high standard.
The reception staff is responsive and fluent in English: manager Fatima, as well as Alikhan, Makpal, and Shirak. It's clear that the team works under the strong and competent leadership of Ms. Fatima. Thanks to this, the service here is top-notch.
I'd especially like to highlight the hotel's excellent location—convenient, quiet, and close to all essential amenities.
Thanks to the professionalism of Fatima and her team, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend it!

В двухместном номере расходники расчитаны на 1 персону. Нет халата в номерах. Полотенца тоже для одного человека(1 банная, 1 лицевая) И кстати если брать на двоих халаты это 4000тг, по 2 тыс каждой. Шумные соседи(это не вина персонала)


И самый большой минус в том что у вас нет сдачи для тех у кого наличная оплата. Вечером попросили сдачу вернуть на утро при выезде, НО смена которая на следующий день на смене не в курсе вообще о сдаче. Это наверное хитрая ловушка персонала. Хоть это МАЛЕНЬКАЯ сумма, но ОЧЕНЬ НЕПРИЯТНАЯ. Сказали “САДАҚА” и больше ни ногой к вам
