The building itself is incredibly beautiful, the location was exactly close to my interest. The staff at the reception were very helpful, respectful and kind. I really felt like at home

Great stay, will be back.
Pros:

Good restaurant with lots of options on the menu and good quality. Room was comfortable, nice bed and bathroom.

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but Westlands can be very noisy with construction and traffic.

Struttura curata e colorata. Un hotel boutique eccellente. Bella la piscina e le camere spaziose. Buffet abbondante

Cons:

Un inconveniente con la stanza ma lo staff ha risolto dandocene una diversa, più grande e bella. Hanno risolto il problema in modo professionale.

Sehr schönes Hotel, welches sehr konfortabel ausgestattet ist,die Zimmer sehr gerräumig und gemütlichen Balkon zum draußen sitzen. Auch tolles Swimmingpool auf der Dachterrasse. Alles sauber und gepflegt.Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It was a pristine hotel set amidst the busy streets of Westlands, Nairobi. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was amazing, with an ample selection of food to choose from. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Cons:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. As a small suggestion for improvement, a bit more attention to detail in cleaning the room corners and under the bed would be appreciated, as there was some light dust during our visit.

While this is not related to the hotel itself, we would also advise fellow travelers to remain mindful of their surroundings when walking around the area. We had a minor incident on our first day while returning from a nearby mall, so it’s always best to stay alert.

O time de staff é o diferencial deste hotel, desde a recepção, aos seguranças, ao time que serve o café da manhã, a camareira, todos adoráveis !

A localização é positiva está já dois minutos d rum mall, e uma área tranquila para caminhar a pé

O hotel parece todo novo , a conservação dos quartos e ótima, cama confortável, roupas de cama e lençóis limpos .

Cons:

O mais desconfortante de fato é o barulho, atenderam parcialmente meu pedido em me deixar em um quarto mais distante do térreo , fiquei no quarto andar, música alta as 3 da manhã , não sei de onde vinha, mas de fato a acústica é muito ruim, as portas não fecham por si automaticamente ao puxar, com isso muitos hóspedes as batem com força causando barulhos em qualquer hora do dia .

O valor do café da manhã é muito alto, overprice para o que é oferecido, a parte de pães (os corassaints em meu primeiro dia de hospedagem estavam duros e secos) não pareciam pães frescos , o café expresso é cobrado à parte mesmo o valor do café da manhã já sendo alto, sugiro irem no mall a partir das 9/10 e utilizarem as cafeterias de lá ..

Tolles Hotel, wir würden wieder kommen! Besonders das Restaurant, Gym, Pool hat und beeindruckt.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück, nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen, wir haben das Restaurant geliebt!

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht pro aktiv, so mussten wir jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken nach Kaffee fragen und auch ziemlich lange warten, bis dieser gebracht wurde. Das hat uns manchmal gewundert, da es wirklich sehr viel Personal, für vergleichbare wenige Gäste gab.
