Bien qu'en plein centre ville, un calme certain dans cet hôtel confortable à 2 pas du tram et de la vie stéphanoise

La chambre est pas très confort et le petit déjeuné juste pain confiture et un croissant..

Par rapport aux services, au manque d’isolation et à l’accueil le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très mauvais !
Pourrait être acceptable à une tarification inférieure !!

Standarden var ganska låg. Personal kunde knappt engelska, men var väldigt artig och trevlig och alltid med ett leende.

Ingen toalett på rummet - delades med tre andra rum. Detta framgick inte vid bokning. Stod att bland ”Bekvämligheter på rummet” fanns toalettartiklar och toalettpapper. Ingetdera fanns och som sagt inte heller någon toalett. Duschen var extremt snålspolande och räkna med att schampot blir kvar i skalpen. Frukosten: kaffe, juice, en sorts bröd, smör, marmelad och croissant. Müsli fanns också, men hittade varken mjölk eller yoghurt.

Enda positiva var renlighet och leendet hos managern.

Situé dans une rue assez bruyante le soir. Une odeur très forte de produit de ménage ou de désodorisant dans la chambre et très peu d'insonorisation.
En centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied.

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux.

Lit tres confortable. Accueil soigné malgré la situation sanitaire.

Hotel très propre, refait à neuf avec un joli design. Accueil très sympathique et bienveillant. Personnel de chambre très pro et adorable. ...et excellente confiture au petit déjeuner!..

Lovely hotel management. They were very helpful, even though we didn’t speak much French. Clean hotel. Continental breakfast was nice and the dining room was beautiful. Next time I would book a room with the bathroom en-suite. Not fun walking down the hall.

Positief: Vriendelijke en gedienstige rigenaard.Centrale locatie. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren van voertuig (tegen betaling van 10 euro/dag).
Negatief: Sobere inrichting van kamer. Geen toilet in de badkamer. Toilet bevond zich in een zijgang.

J’ai aimé la propreté l’accueil le côté « petit hôtel » la proximité du centre ville le service

Je regrette les toilettes partagées mais n’ayant pas de voisins à proximité cela ne m’a pas trop gêné

Was told I needed to pay 10 euros more to have a WC in the room. Unable to lock door of room, which was also a bit cold (shower water lukewarm too). No one at reception (in darkness) at 20.45, no one answering the hotel phone number, which I rang directly as nothing indicated in room or on phone for dialling reception. Wifi weak and intermittent. I did not feel comfortable leaving my stuff in room unlocked so did not go out to dinner. In the morning it was implied it was all my fault for not understanding how the doors worked. No apology, no reimbursement. Not recommended.
