Ideal, wenn man ein Konzert besucht und nicht spät am Abend zurück will.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Lage (keine zehn Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof) ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut bis sehr gut.

Cons:

Fällt mir nichts ein.

Bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Kassel würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Verkehrsgünstig Lage.

Cons:

Bei einem viertägigen Aufenthalt wurde das Zimmer nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Montags gibt es grundsätzlich kein Frühstück

Pros:

Ich liebe das Hotel, weil es schön citynsh ist,das Frühstück lecker ist und das Personal sehr lieb und immer freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.Bin hier jedesmal wenn wir in Kassel Event haben.Freue mich schon auf September.

Cons:

Das Einzige waswirrklich verbessert werden könnte ist der Parkplatz hinterm Hotel. Er ist doch sehr eng und durch die Begrenzungsstsngen links&rechts habe ich immer Angst, das ich irgendwo gegenfahre.
Ich glaube, wenn die wegfallen würden, wäre es zwar auch eng aber man könnte besser einparken.
Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Hôtel idéalement placé, propre avec un personnel très agréable
Pros:

L'emplacement était idéal, car central et juste à côté de la zone piétonne et du marché de Noël.
Personnel très agréable.
Très calme.

Cons:

Une bouilloire dans les chambres serait un plus.

Insgesamt angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Handwaschseife, Duschbad sollten zur Grundausstattung gehören. Shampoo war vorhanden.
Wasser, auch gegen Bezahlung, sollte auf dem Zimmer sein.
Einchecken auf dem IPad: gebückte Haltung, kann von anderen mitgelesen werden.
