La personne de l’accueil était très accueillante et disponible

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu la chambre réservée dans l’après midi, arrivée dans la chambre elle n’était pas nettoyée
Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre qui sentait le moisi !

Vous avez ce talent rare : faire sentir vos clients réellement attendus, réellement considérés. Votre accueil est sincère, élégant, attentif — jamais mécanique. On sent chez vous une vraie culture du soin et du détail.

Votre hôtel est à votre image : chic, harmonieux, parfaitement équipé, pensé avec intelligence et ergonomie… et pourtant si chaleureux. On s’y sent immédiatement “comme à la maison”, mais dans une version raffinée et sophistiquée.

Pros:

Le personnel était super souriant et très agréable !
L'hôtel était à proximité du festival Lollapalooza, ce pourquoi je suis venu à Suresnes.

Cons:

Indépendant de la volonté de l'établissement mais les travaux à côté de la mairie qui commence assez tôt malheureusement..
