Não gostei quando comprei o a reserva tinha o café incluído ao chegar na recepção não tinha mais fui enganado por isso não gostei.

Apesar do estacionamento ser terceirizado por outra empresa, não posso deixar de citar minha imensa insatisfação com o estacionamento, atendimento péssimo, tratando o cliente muito mal, falta de comunicação, horrível

Obs: empresa do estacionamento é diferente e não tem nada haver com o Ibis Hotel
