Pros:

Hotel blisko spacerem do metra, w świetnej i spokojnej okolicy, co jest dużym atutem przy zwiedzaniu miasta. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Otrzymaliśmy pokój na 9. piętrze z przepięknym widokiem na Warszawę, co zdecydowanie zrobiło wrażenie.

Pokój był niewielki, ale czysty i w zupełności spełniał nasze potrzeby na krótki pobyt. Duży plus za pyszne i różnorodne śniadania, każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie.

Zdecydowanie udany pobyt i miejsce, do którego można wrócić.

The hotel in general was good but service at the reception was awful which ruins all the experience.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel was stylish. The breakfast was amazing - great variety, beautifully arranged and tasty. I paid attention to the small gestures towards more sustainable functioning at the hotel - water dispenser in the hall, request about towels and information for guests about thoughtful eating/not wasting food. Service during breakfast was great!

Cons:

The check-in experience was awful: no smiles, no sympathy when my room was not ready yet and I just landed after oversees flight and couldn't sleep there at all, no apologies when needed, even rude. Staff (usually 3 people!!!) there was mostly looking on their computer screens. Some of them didn't have name signs and in general were not helpful.
Also, I didn't like that there was no possibility to use the stairs instead of the lift. It is not sustainable at all and doesn't help to promote healthy habits. I didn't feel safe when all the fire doors were closed everywhere.

Pros:

Excellent variety, very good quality, nice view from the breakfast space, excellent Staff!!

Woda, którą można było sobie napełniać karafki - super pomysł (od mocno gazowanej zimnej po niegazowana w temperaturze pokojowej - 4rodzaje)
Pyszne śniadania, duży wybór, prasowalnia też przydatna. Pomocny personel 👍
