Gostinska šola za strežbo obstaja zato, ker je strežba poklic s konkretnimi znanji.
Pros:

Lep počitek v Opatiji.
Za parking so upoštevali EU inv. kartico.
Bazen ima prijetno toplo morsko vodo.

Ідеальне співвідношення ціна-якість.
Pros:

Чудове розташування. Чистота і тиша в номерах. Зручне ліжко. Повний набір для комфортного проживання - міні холодильник (бар), чайник, кавоварка, чашки, бокали. Чудові сніданки, для вечер хотілося б більш різноманітного меню.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! We did not stay due to the unhygienic and dirty room and they are refusing to refund my money…
Cons:

Upon arrival to the address provided in the check in instructions, we could not locate Villa Abbazia and we were walking around with luggage for 30 min while asking proprietors of nearby restaurants and businesses about its location. No one had any idea where it was located. Once we found the Villa Abbazia, the front door was locked and no instruction provided on how to proceed with check in. We waited hoping for someone to come out or in so we can ask but that never happened. I started to walk around and as a last resort went into a nearby larger hotel to ask if they might know anything that can help. I saw a valet and asked about Villa Abbazia and was told the check in is actually in a reception of a different hotel as if this should be a common knowledge. Over an hour later we were finally in the room.
The room had the blackout curtains drawn upon entering. We proceeded to open the curtains and the balcony doors to find cloud of dust in our face, pigeon poop all over the balcony, molding falling off the ceiling, dirty floors with dried up food on the carpet on the room floor, dusty trays with hotel cups and desk covered in scratches and crumbs (photos attached). We went back to the reception and expressed the issues we encountered only not to be provided with any additional options or solutions. 15 minutes after checking in we checked out while clearly stating our reasons for not wanting to proceed with our booking. When complaining about poor check in instructions the receptionist stated: “they are a big company (Liburnia Riviera) and they do not care about properly posting information”. For additional reference, I am a native Croatian speaker and familiar with Opatija (where I previously lived for number of years), and due to merchants inaccurate and poor communication I had a difficult time locating the property.

Legdrágább nyaralásunk, a legtöbb kellemetlen tapasztalattal

Kicsi szűk szoba, régi építésű épületben. A központi légkondicionáló, komfortosan nem szabályozható, hangos. Hiába hirdetik, egyáltalán nem kutyabarát, a személyzet kedvessége hagy bőven kivánnivalót maga után, mint a minden napi ugyanaz a standard reggeli, vacsora is. Magát a települést, nem ajánlom senkinek. Nem igazi tengerpart, hideg víz, nem kedves emberek. Sok év után ez az első csalódás Horvátországban. Kiskutya szinte minde honnan kitiltva, akkor is, ha be se megy a sós tengerbe. A
Lungomare gyönyörű sok helyen lehet fürödni, de felejtsd el a csobbanást, még akkoris, ha csak egy kis shitsu-val akarsz élményeket szerezni.

Prekrasan smještaj i odlična hrana
Pros:

Soba i sama Villa Abbazia su prekrasne. Prostrana soba, ured, a kupaona je najveća u kojoj sam bila do sada.
Osoblje je ljubazno i nenametljivo.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum, 3 Minuten zum Strand. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum. Das Service super und sehr, sehr freundlich!! Sofort wieder!!!!

Parkplatzgebühr 30 Euro pro Tag!!
