Wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel is very stylish and has an excellent location - close to the main sights, train station, vaporetto stop, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. There’s a grocery shop, pharmacy, and several restaurants nearby, as well as a lovely little square that adds a lot of charm to the neighborhood.
The breakfast was high-quality, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Highly recommended!

Pros:

La camera (suite con balcone) è spettacolare, davvero fantastica. Molto bello anche il cortile interno. L'hotel è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in 10 minuti ed è situato in Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio che a mio parere è uno dei campi più belli. La zona è tranquilla e vicina a diversi musei (Ca' Pesaro, Palazzo Mocenigo sono a pochi minuti a piedi). La pulizia è sempre molto accurata. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. La colazione è curatissima con frutta fresca, yogurt, eggs and bacon, ecc.

Nice but overpriced for what it was.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Room was a good size.

Cons:

There was virtually no soundproofing. I could hear the people in the next room moving around and talking, even though they were not being particularly loud. I could hear every notification from their phone and even the sound of water droplets hitting the floor in their shower. I ended up having to buy earplugs.

The room also had very little counter or table space for unpacking small items and toiletries.

In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. My husband and son were bitten repeatedly during our stay.
