Nice but overpriced for what it was.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very nice. Room was a good size.

Cons:

There was virtually no soundproofing. I could hear the people in the next room moving around and talking, even though they were not being particularly loud. I could hear every notification from their phone and even the sound of water droplets hitting the floor in their shower. I ended up having to buy earplugs.

The room also had very little counter or table space for unpacking small items and toiletries.

In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. My husband and son were bitten repeatedly during our stay.

Great location! Outside of the very busy touristy areas in Venice, but very easy to walk to all the sites - all within 10-15min.

This hotel was truly a highlight of our European trip—after staying in 10 different hotels, we can confidently say this

The property, room size, A/C (important during a heatwave!) the staff, location, and breakfast options. We stayed in probably 10 different hotels during our recent travels through Europe and hands down this was the nicest of all of them. It more than exceeded our expectations. The hotel was in a quieter section of Venice and away from the popular more crowded area. It was the perfect stay. We would absolutely go back.

Hotel jest bardzo ładny, pokoje eleganckie, personel bardzo miły. Na śniadaniach nie ma może dużo wyboru ale za to wszystko jest bardzo dobre i można dobrze zjeść.
