Highly recommended the location and service.
Pros:

Frank, the owner I believe, was extremely nice, informative, gracious and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. No AC, but a fan was available.

Good value for the price
Pros:

Great location, only a few stops from main station and good access to public transportation.
Clean room, comfortable bed. I was amazed how good the windows were to minimise noise as the room was on the street side.
Thankfully, a fan in the room for the hot weather.
Nice staff and spoke English
Breakfast was okay, reconsider if you prefer a heavier breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tight and no place for shampoo in the shower.

Práctico y agradable
Pros:

Volvería a alojarme. Localización muy céntrica y habitación pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. El recepcionista fue muy amable, a pesar de mi francés pachucho. Que te traigan el desayuno a la habitación es un puntazo. Desayuno muy completo además, con una cantidad generosísima de café.

Cons:

Un poco caro pero todo en Francia es caro

Pros:

Petit établissement sympa en centre-ville de Caen. J'ai pu rentrer dans la chambre avant l'heure (14h au lieu de 15h), et me reposer.

Cons:

Vu l'emplacement de l'établissement, on entend quand même les bruits de la rue...

Pros:

Delizioso alberghetto in centro. Comodissimo e vicino a tutti i servizi. Frank, il titolare, è una gradevolissima persona, gentile e disponibile! Pulizia eccellente! Buona la colazione ma viene servita esclusivamente in camera perché non ci sono aree comuni. Molto silenzioso anche se si affaccia sulla strada. Si parcheggia comodamente intorno al perimetro dell'albergo e gratuitamente dalle 19.00 alle 8 del mattino e giorni festivi. Pur essendo un 2 stelle, lo consiglio davvero

Cons:

Purtroppo l'albergo non dispone di ascensore e bisogna fare le scale per arrivare ai piani. Frank è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, ma sarebbe un problema per chi ha qualche difficoltà motoria.
