Pros:

Стаята беше много хубава, с балкон и с прекрасен изглед към басейна и морето. Имаше всички необходими удобства. Стаята се почистваше и зареждаше с необходимото всеки ден. Беше много спокойно. Закуската беше вкусна и разнообразна. Басейнът е много хубав и чист. На разположение има шезлонги, чадъри и бар. Персоналът беше много любезен и отзивчив. В района има много заведения и магазинчета. Наблизо има автобусна спирка. Хотелът е разположен непосредствено до Ботаническата градина и Архитектурно-парковия комплекс “Двореца” Балчик.

Pretty good but they need to pay more attention to cleanliness
Pros:

The sea view , available parking lot, big bed, refrigerator in the room, friendly staff, faster staircase to the beach

Cons:

The walls in the bathroom and the ceiling were full of mold, the breakfast was pretty same on both days (you didn't really have a choice)
You have to talk to the man at the barrier to enter the pedestrian area towards the hotel( i didn t know that)

It was okay for a short visit but we wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

The staff were kind and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. We also got free coffee in our room.

Cons:

The wifi was so weak at most times that it was unuseable. There were hidden fees such as parking PER DAY, in parking lot thats very bad quality and has a lot of cracks. The breakfast is okay, nothing exceptional, everything is cold, the jam was tasty though.

Aproape de centrele de interes, terase, restaurante, gradina Reginei Maria. Personal de treaba.

Cons:

Am fost cazati intr-o anexa a hotelului, la etajul 1, intr-o cladire care nu avea lumină în spațiile comune. Ar fi trebuit putin mai multa curatenie in camera.
