Staff was cooperative

Cons:

Unhygienic. Too many small cockroaches were there in both rooms as we had asked to change the room the other was also the same. Too much dust. The washroom wasn't clean also the washing sink was stinking so bad. Overall a very bad experience.

Cons:

Elevator not working so have to walk 4 stairs with heavy luggage, room full of cockroach, No any amenities provided, while booking it's showing with breakfast and without breakfast so I have booked with breakfast after I reach came to know hotel don't have food facilities no kitchen.
