Pros:

I've stayed at many places in India
In it's price range this one is about the best I've found.
clean and well kept
Given Indian standards.
just one annoying thing
one of the rooms has 24 hour bakery operating under it and the sound of machinery disturbed me at night.
my wife didn't seem to be bothered by it through.
the manager however gladly shifted me to another room upon request .
oh! and if you can't climb stairs then this isn't for you
a long flight of stairs before you reach the top.
overall
I'd say
Very very Good
