Pros:

I coming back here after 4 years finding the same very good hospitality and conditions!
In the present, the staff of the restaurant is warm and attentive, I appreciate that previous one have been changed, personally I didn’t have in the past an appropriate communication with them.
The reception staff is also helpful and eager to solve the issues.
All the personnel to whom I interacted was dedicated in order to ensure good conditions for clients!

Pros:

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Hotel Regina Maria Design & Spa din Balcic. Totul a fost la superlativ, începând cu locația – superbă, liniștită și foarte bine poziționată.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și profesionist, mereu atent la nevoile noastre, ceea ce a contribuit mult la confortul sejurului.
Un mare plus îl acord restaurantului: mâncarea este cu adevărat excepțională, mult peste nivelul majorității restaurantelor din Balcic. Preparatele sunt gustoase, bine prezentate și se simte atenția la detalii.
Servirea a fost impecabilă – rapidă, atentă și prietenoasă.
Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel și cu siguranță vom reveni!

Cons:

Ar trebui acordată mai multă atenție curățeniei (mai ales în baie), iar uneori zgomotul valurilor poate fi deranjant.

Pros:

Просто великолепный отель возле моря, особенно кто любит засыпать под шум волн, просыпаться и видеть красоту из окна. В отеле есть теплый бассейн (небольшой), зона спа, сауны, соляная комната. Персонал делает все, чтоб гостям было комфортно и даже больше. Девочкам на ресепшн огромная благодарность - любой вопрос быстро и приветливо решается. В номере большая ванна, есть смарт ТВ, удобная кровать, халаты.
Выбирала отель по отзывам. Некоторые мелочи о которых писали видно что руководство старается и решает. У нас было все чтобы комфортно отдохнуть в мини отпуске.

Cons:

Не везде хорошо работает wi-fi
Всегда в любом отеле есть что-то к чему можно придраться, но мы отлично отдохнули и в этот отель хочется вернуться.

Tot încăpând cu camera foarte mare curata liniște, micul dejun inclus, mâncarea bună ,personalul foarte amabil. Vom reveni cu drag.
