Rooms are very small. Washing basin is beside the bed

Staff were rude. The guys doesn’t want to give extra towels. Had to have an argument to get them.

some luggage was kept on the way to the rooms, making it look like a storehouse or railway lodge. Room size was small. Toilet geysar was not working properly. Breakfast should be provided or if not opted for, at least coffee should be provided. Staff specially at checkin should be more eager to welcome the guests, not treat it as a burden. Ideally, in these kind of apartments converted to hotels, there should be provision for a kitchen making phulkas and light curry, dal in the night for a quick dinner as we arrive late at the hotel after a hard day's work and do not have the energy to go out for dinner or even order. there should be access to terrace in the mornings for a breath of fresh air.
This is a pig sty. It is a shame that Booking.com features this.
Wi-Fi was free and fast.
They didn't provide me the breakfast even though I have pre booked. The manager refused that I have pre booked breakfast even after showing the receipt.
