Cons:

Vi havde desværre en meget dårlig oplevelse på dette hotel og kan ikke anbefale det.

Der var flere problemer under vores ophold. På værelset og badeværelset fandt vi både kakerlakker, edderkopper og små insekter. Derudover kunne døren til værelset ikke lukke ordentligt, så man var nødt til altid at låse den – ellers kunne den gå op af sig selv.

Maden levede heller ikke op til vores forventninger, da kvaliteten var meget skuffende.

Hotellet virkede generelt dårligt vedligeholdt. Det så ikke ud til, at der blev gjort ret meget rent eller løbende vedligeholdelse, selvom hotellet er stort.

Wi-Fi-forbindelsen var meget dårlig. Den virkede stort set kun ved restauranten, og selv dér var forbindelsen ustabil. I to hele dage havde vi slet ingen adgang til Wi-Fi.

Det mest skuffende var dog håndteringen ved udtjekning. Vi forlod hotellet tidligere end planlagt, men fik ikke pengene tilbage for den sidste dag. Personalet begrundede det med, at vi havde betalt med kort, og at de derfor ikke kunne refundere beløbet. Havde vi betalt kontant, sagde de, at det ville have været muligt. Jeg har selv erfaring fra branchen og ved, at det sagtens kan lade sig gøre at refundere en kortbetaling, så den forklaring virkede ikke troværdig.

Alt i alt var opholdet en stor skuffelse, og vi kommer ikke tilbage.

The property is in good location, but needs renovation.

Location, clean bed & towels

Cons:

Room is very simple. There is no fridge. TV doesn’t include sports channels. The breakfast doesn’t include fresh fruits, pastries or coffee. There are bugs and mosquitoes in the room.

Mooi hotel met goede ligging.
Pros:

Mooi hotel met goede ligging en gezellige indeling, slechts op 5 min met de auto van de watervallen van Ouzoud. Ruime kamer en douche (wij verbleven in een bungalow). Prachtig en proper infinity pool met mooie uitzichten. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer was niet super proper, er lagen enkele dode insecten. Het leek alsof er al langer niemand gelogeerd had. Het water van de douche was heel moeilijk te regelen.
