Great hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

I wish there were more hotels like this. Clean, well run, comfortable. They set the bar high. And not having pets allowed is great, too. I’ve had way too many nights listening to barking all night and walked into way too many rooms that reek of animal urine. Nice to find a hotel that still has standards.

Very tiring!
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

To many loud trucks in the parking lot. Bed was uncomfortable. Smoke detector directly over the bed had two bright green LEDs that flashed every 5 seconds which affected sleep. There was a sound coming from the bathroom wall that sounded like a mouse with a small hammer tapping on a pipe. The AC had a rattling grill that was very loud. We will not be staying here again.

Really nice room for a quick one-night business trip
Pros:

Always appreciate a friendly receptionist like Nancy--surprising how few even smile these days. Really nice room. Only negative was to find out when you book through Booking.com you cant get discounts like I normally would for being a Texas Tech physician. Excellent breakfast and overall great lobby, rooms

I had booked with booking.com for two queens and you all fwd them a king bed plus addit'l charge to check in early and they denied it. I will not book with you all again, twice have a had issues with your booking and what I request.

Cons:

For light sleepers, you can hear other guests walking. Either cut your TV up or bring headphones to block out noise.
