Cheapest Place in Makati
Pros:

Location is adjacent to the Makati nightlife. Plenty to and fro in the corridors, can be noisy. Very basic accommodation, needs refurbishing.

Spart from the lication it's not a good stay
Pros:

The check-in was ok, although the 1st room was filthy and the changed the room.
Although there it was a room with breakfast included, they never served breakfast as there was no personel either.

bad wifi. old room and what looked like black mold in the bathroom so i didn't go in there. just slept there.
