La qualité d'accueil du personnel

Love the location and the cleanliness of the hotel
Room was just about manageable in size. But apart from that, can’t complain at all
Clean, good access for transportation
Small rooms
Très propre, chambre bien équipée et spacieuse, localisation de l hôtel

The service was wonderful and they spoke English! The room had a light pine color, which I enjoyed. So different from the dark/dank business hotels that are all over Tokyo. The bathroom was also a decent size, similar to the West. We especially loved the free toiletries they gave away in the lobby, including combs and a small bath towel. Very handy. The hotel was also just a few blocks from the subway, which is so convenient. There are nice cafes and restaurants nearby. They will also store your luggage for you.
I wish they put a partition in the lobby to hide the stored luggage from view (granted this is a minor point).
Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location.
The last hotel that I was at in Kyoto was supposedly a step down from this hotel, yet they offered water, coffee/espresso, around the clock and their beds were quite comfortable. This hotel limited your water, only offered instant coffee packets, and the beds were barely a step above sleeping on the floor.
Great location.
Very helpful friendly staff. Close to the metro. Good restaurants near by and ones open 24 hr too.
Not a great view from our room looking into air con units.
Very accommodating and close to the metro
Check-in was a bit rough, I had prearranged a crib and extra bed, 3 twins + crib and when we checked in they said we couldn’t have it. I complained and they fixed it, but it was hard coming off an international flight to deal with.
Great location!
Rooms are slightly smaller, given the luggage we had and we had booked a 3 person room.
Close to Ginza, luggage storage
Rooms are very tiny for 3 people not much room to open suitcases
Loved that it was just outside of Ginza shopping district, backing onto a lovely park and surrounded by small cafes and restaurants
The gym facilities were very basic, only cardio machines available
Location was Great. So close to metro station and ginza neighborhood. The beds were so comfortable. We stayed for a week and had a great time there. It was like European 5 star hotels. Staff so lovely and caring. We were satisfied.
The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the breakfast. There was no cheese, pan cakes and breads cold and dry. For Non-Japanese it was not appropriate I think. We had one day breakfast there.
There was no common area to gather with friends (no bar/restaurant) who were not staying at the hotel. What little seating was available was not meant for more than a few people. The breakfast was horrible and the staff in that area were rude. Front desk people were very nice. Rooms were extremely small and not meant for more than two people. Just a hotel to sleep. Very expensive for that.
It was clean
Rooms were crowded. Not meant for more than two people. Breakfast was horrible, tables were dirty, staff were rude. No gathering place for friends not staying at hotel (no restaurant/bar). What little seating area there was in lobby was minimal. Front desk staff and door attendants very nice.
Die Lage und die Größe der Zimmer war super
Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich
