We had such a lovely stay in the Presidential Suite in Changsha Days Suite Hotel. Our concierge Jack Ma was extremely helpful, he recommended some great markets and restaurants. It was very helpful to have someone so friendly and helpful with great English. Our suite was spectacular, very luxurious and spacious. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great hotel, in and out, very clean, professional staff, hotel manager Jack was helpful on everything, and he was very personal with details on customer service, good free breakfast buffet in Chinese and western dishes, and free laundry service was a major plus when travel with kids, even comes with free detergent, unmatched compared to western standards

房間設施有點老舊，電視機在入住的第一晚不能使用。浴室的按摩池亦無反應。整體或需稍微裝修一下。酒店中下層設卡啦OK聽，升降機經過時的音量有點嘈吵。
We loved the room size, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast but best of all Jack the concierge. His knowledge of Changsha was amazing, he helped us with bar codes for the metro which was only a five minute walk. Responded to messages almost immediately and organised a driver to collect us from our midnight flight. Highly recommended
The personal welcome by Mr Jack Ma was lovely. The room was spacious and the view of the city was a big plus. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was very good and a large choice of food options. Mr. Feng at reception was very helpful in answering our questions.
