The staffs were very courteous and helpful, and that makes the stay very pleasant. Breakfast spread was good. The facilities are adequate and are in good conditions. The location of the hotel was good too.

Tutto perfetto: dalla stanza, alla colazione, allo staff!
Ringraziamo Jack Ma in particolare per il supporto fornito prima e durante il soggiorno! Un vero professionista!
Grazie a lui abbiamo potuto usufruire con una piccola integrazione del late check out che ci ha permesso di avere la camera fino alle 19 di sera.

La struttura fornisce inoltre una mappa con le principali attrazioni e linee metro che ti permette di muoverti in autonomia in città.

Anche il servizio lavanderia eccezionale e soprattutto gratuito!

Felt like an emperor
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay in the Presidential Suite in Changsha Days Suite Hotel. Our concierge Jack Ma was extremely helpful, he recommended some great markets and restaurants. It was very helpful to have someone so friendly and helpful with great English. Our suite was spectacular, very luxurious and spacious. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Pros:

五一广场中国城戴斯酒店是一家优质酒店。地理位置优越，在市中心去哪都方便。酒店房间设施齐全舒适宽敞整洁。早餐丰富、有自助洗衣服务这个超实惠。员工素质高，彬彬有礼、热情。特别感谢陈茜热情相助，还有礼宾部的冯晨实热心帮忙处理快递。

Cons:

房间wifi 信号太差，床垫有点太软。
