気になることは多少あったが全体的に快適で良い宿泊でした。
Pros:

ホテルスタッフやレストランスタッフの対応がとても良かった。リッチモンドは朝食メニューの種類が豊富で楽しい。ご当地メニューやロイヤルホストコラボ？のパンケーキなど。館内にはロイホの冷凍食品自販機もあり。

Cons:

他のホテルでもよくあることだが、レストランの食器の洗い残しは気になった。
ユニットバスのカーテンが加齢臭のような匂いがして少し不快ではあった。
