Very bad
Pros:

One of the worst places I stayed. Even though has a good location (very close to Taxim Square) is hard to find the entrance because is really random. The sheets had a bad smelling, like they were not washed for ages. The bathroom was not clean. The signal for the internet is almost innexistent. Maybe they have also apartments but this one (on the 5th floor) was really bad.

Great value for money in Istanbul
Pros:

The apartment is newly renovated and very centrally located, close to Taksim square.
No air conditioner or fan in the bedroom, but the lounge has a aircon, although the coolest it went was only 27 degrees.The shower drains very slowly and floods easily.
The Jacuzzi bath and Sauna is a spoil and really a treat.
The apartment is good value for money and we will definitely return.

Pros:

Spent 3. Nights here. The location was just off Istalkal, the place to be for shops, restaurants, people, historic bldgs. Lively street with a great local restaurant across from apt and a famous bakery next door. We took Havabus from SAW airport, walked over to Istakal and Mis Sakal on the right. The entrance is a plain wood door, ring the bell, and your host will let you in. There is an elevator after 1 flight of stairs.

Das Apartment wäre gar nicht so schlecht gewesen wenn die Sauberkeit gestimmt hätte .. Ameisen waren im Sicht ... kein Licht im
Bad .. kaltes Wasser teilweise nur .. jacuzzi dreckig .. Sauna könnte man benutzen .. Haare aufn Boden..
ansonsten eine sehr gute Lage für Leute die gern in lebendigen Gegenden sind. Keine Rezeption im Sicht gewesen.
