1 gece konakladığımız için konumundan dolayı memnun kaldık
Pros:

Konumu muhteşemdi tarihi köprüye kaleye çıkılan finikülere alış veriş caddesine çok çok yakındı
Odamın manzarası muhteşemdi Neker Nehri’ne ve tarihi köprüye bakıyordu
Oda çarşaflar banyo ve tuvalet temizdi
Çalışanlar ilgiliydi
Kahvaltı salonu çok hoştu kahvaltısı da yeterliydi

Tesis eski bir yapı artık mutlaka yenilenmesi gerekiyor

Heidelberg linda !
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica a pasos del puente viejo.
Check in normal como los de antes a las 13 horas. Ahora se estila cada vez más tarde…
Desayuno riquísimo café y acompañamientos.
Nos guardaron el equipaje, llegamos hora 12 y nos dijeron que el check in era a las 13 con el Hotel vacío, no íbamos a meternos a dormir la siesta sino a callejear todo el día conociendo la bella Heidelberg.
Recepción 24 Hs. una persona que se ocupa de todo.

Cons:

Hotel de época, baño con desagües de pileta y ducha semi tapados, había que regular el caudal de agua porque sinó desbordaba todo.
Nos quedamos 1 noche. La calefacción por radiador se cortó a eso de las 22 Hs y la habitación No. 6 se puso bastante fresca con solo un acolchado para hacer frente, a la mañana el radiador funcionaba de nuevo.
El recepcionista nos sirvió desayuno muy amablemente pero al hacer el check out nos quiso cobrar nuevamente la noche de habitación ya paga por Booking, q si q no mostrando comprobantes de tarjeta y de booking q por suerte llevé el hotelero porfiaba q solo tenía la pre reserva, le pedí q extornará ese cobro sino pagaría doble, q no tenía cobro q pagara q si q no… se da vuelta mira un monitor y dice esta ok si está cobrado y q tengas buen día…. Entre medio solo accedí al pago de la tasa turística…pero con ese cantar me quería arrastrar a lo otro donde la amabilidad ya no era la del servicio de desayuno. A tomar sus recaudos.

Great vacation
Pros:

Staff was courteous and friendly, answered all questions and provided information on locations. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing.

Séjour très agréable. Très appréciable de pouvoir tout visiter à pied.
Pros:

L'ambiance familiale, le côté raffiné de l'hôtel, sa situation. au pied du Vieux Pont Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant la nuit

Great location to see the Heidelberg tourist sites and visit a beautiful German village.
Pros:

My room had a view of the Neckar River and Heidelberg castle. It was exactly what I wanted.

Cons:

This is minor, I couldn’t find the outlet by the bed. When I was packing up to leave, I found it behind the bed by the radiator.

gute Lage, großes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett

das Zimmer lag im 3. Stockwerk, war nur über mehrere z.T. steile Treppen erreichbar, da das Haus keinen Aufzug hat
