Удобное месторасположение, метро и площадь Мердека в пешей доступности, номер был без окон, но в целом терпимо, номер чистый, завтрак в основном индийская кухня, будьте готовы.

Being charged even they cancelled my booking
Cons:

I didn’t even stay for the night. They cancelled my booking a day before, and suddenly said they can accommodate us at 5pm on the day of my trip with my friend. I told them to not proceed. Also, they mentioned no charge will be done coz the cancellation was on their side. However, a charge on my card was made. Asked for a refund since it was totally not my fault, but they said they couldn’t and would give a complementary stay with them. With the money I ‘was forced’ to pay, I don’t think it is a complementary stay anymore. And now, they are not responding to my messages anymore after I pushed them to give me a refund instead of the complementary stay.

I had fantastic stay at Ramada will surely come again
Pros:

Location is near to chinatown, the staffs are very friendly and room are clean. Easy to move around because everting is near by hotel. We walk to Mydin and Hanifa near to hotel.

A decent stay
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I stayed here during Ramadan and had booked a room inclusive of breakfast. Being the fasting month, I expected a Sahur option, but it seemed the hotel hadn’t prepared for this, perhaps due to a lower number of Muslim guests. When I inquired, they were accommodating enough to offer an early meal at 5:00 AM, though it was limited to just toast and an omelette. While I appreciate the staff's effort to assist on short notice, a more substantial meal (like Nasi Lemak or a hot dish) would have been much better for a full day of fasting. A bit more cultural readiness would improve the experience for local guests.
