Pros:

Binnen een kwartier ben je lopend in het KL city centrum. De kamer had goede bedden en een warme douche (wel zelf de boiler aanzetten)

Cons:

Goed Maleisisch ontbijt, maar minder internationaal

Pros:

My room was upgraded to bigger room. All the staff were excellent.Prompt action on anything which was asked for . Jumalia’s hospitality was excellent. Other staff members were also good. Food was good and so was the location

Expected more considering the hotel brand Ramada / Wyndham
Pros:

Location was great but bit daunting to get e-hailing bookings at peak hours due to traffic. Friendly service offered by front-desk / housekeeping staff.

Good for a short budget stay.

Cons:

Rooms pretty small & had no views but only sky light window. Bathrooms dated & had dirt stains on tiles in shower area. Toilet seat was not fully covering the toilet which was an inconvenience.

Breakfast was limited with only handfull of options that mainly catered towards Indian cuisine.

Aircond & Breakfast totally disappointed
Pros:

The room was clean

Cons:

Aircond room not functioning well.
Receptionist staff a bit slow for check in things.
The buffet breakfast totally DISASTER ! Only serve 'vegetarian indian foods' ?? The taste, variety not so good. Better i go mamak restaurant !! Hoping i get refund for the breakfast.

Warm and welcoming
Pros:

The location was okay, but the surrounding had too much going on. However the breakfast was nice and the staff were super friendly. They were helpful and made the stay so much better. The rooms were clean as well.

Cons:

My hot water in my bathroom did not work at all. And the room was a little bit too small. I had barely any space to walk but other than that everything else were good. As mentioned before the location was a little too crowded specially during the evening near the entrance

Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, метро и площадь Мердека в пешей доступности, номер был без окон, но в целом терпимо, номер чистый, завтрак в основном индийская кухня, будьте готовы.

Being charged even they cancelled my booking
Cons:

I didn’t even stay for the night. They cancelled my booking a day before, and suddenly said they can accommodate us at 5pm on the day of my trip with my friend. I told them to not proceed. Also, they mentioned no charge will be done coz the cancellation was on their side. However, a charge on my card was made. Asked for a refund since it was totally not my fault, but they said they couldn’t and would give a complementary stay with them. With the money I ‘was forced’ to pay, I don’t think it is a complementary stay anymore. And now, they are not responding to my messages anymore after I pushed them to give me a refund instead of the complementary stay.

I had fantastic stay at Ramada will surely come again
Pros:

Location is near to chinatown, the staffs are very friendly and room are clean. Easy to move around because everting is near by hotel. We walk to Mydin and Hanifa near to hotel.
