This is the perfect place to just unwind and chill. Everything is thought out.

Rooms we got were perfect, and the open air bathrooms are a highlight.

Their in-house restaurant offers good selection and everything we had were amazing. Kudos to our server (sorry the name escapes me now) but he was super attentive to all our requests.

We were informed they serve breakfast buffet if minimum number of persons are checked in so luckily for us, there was a big group. Having said that, the place remains serene and the villas are strategically located so there are no noise coming into our rooms even if folks are outside.

Also tried their signature bliss massage and it was divine. There 2 pools and both are heated which is perfect. They have free outdoor activities like walking trail, badminton, biking and such but I didn't get to try them.

I would definitely consider coming back here just to relax and unwind.

Their staff is so warm and friendly, always smiling and making you feel welcome. The place itself has such a refreshing and relaxing vibe—you’d want to stay longer just to enjoy the fresh air. The lush greenery adds to the peaceful atmosphere, and on top of that, the views and villas are absolutely stunning.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at El Jardin de Zaida. Staffs were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I wish there were more therapist so my mom and husband was able to experience how good the massage was. We also had a delicious dinner and breakfast at Rodolfo’s. Thank you El Jardin de Zaida for making our staycation memorable.

We got the premier suite, tried the spa, the happy hour, the pool and spent the weekend like the chill tita we are. Such a great way to unplug, enjoy the greenery, and reconnect with friends. Staff were so helpful, food was excellent but the cocktails were even better!

We have been to El Jardin twice already. This resort is worth the drive from Manila. It feels like you have your own resort exclusive to you because of the large grounds and the spacious villas. There is also an in house spa with a Japanese garden which offers affordable premium spa packages. The resort has very nice furniture and pottery pieces.

Place was an oasis gifted with great amenities (infinity pool, cozy bar, huts where one can read/hangout). Stayed for 2 nights.
Staff are courteous and attentive. Shout-out to my fave bartender (Dennis) for his Frozen margarita, Calamansi mojito, red sangria. I love the food- my wife's & my faves: baked mussels, Gambas, sisig, mushroom salpicao style.
Though, our room was not made-up when we came back from the beach. But, was quickly responded by sending fresh towels, etc as we opted not have our beds remade.
Overall, we love the place and will plan to go back.

We recently visited at the El Hardin de Zaida for an overnight stay with mom and my aunt and I can say it was all pleasant. The place was a gated property at the border of Laiya and San Juan.

Check-in procedures were great and we had a special treat of being upgraded to the premium stay which gave us access to the exclusive pool that is adjacent to our hotel room.

For the room, it was clean and spotless one but the vanity desk didn't have a mirror in front of it. The bathroom was nice. It had a drying rack, a bidet but the shower needs a bath mat to prevent guests from unnecessary accidents.

Food was splendid. Late lunch, an evening at Rudy's and the breakfast.

One of our highly considered decisions for choosing El Hardin de Zaida was the Spa.

Prior to the trip, we called the place to ask if we needed to book a reservation for the therapy but we were told that we can avail the services on the spot. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one therapist available. We were three. Therefore, it would be impossible for us to avail 2.5 hours worth of wellness services all together.

We hope that this can be carefully addressed to prevent the guests from expecting the availability of the spa.

Overall, the stay and the food was great.

Luxury and comfort is what will you surely get. The El Jardin is a garden resort (not a beach resort) in San Juan, Batangas. 2 hours away from Alabang.

We stayed at their Brooklyn Suite, it has one bedroom, en suite toilet and bath with jacuzzi, living and dining area.
The place is good for events and weddings. They have an infinity pool, a spa which has a really good massage service offered, a restaurant and a bar.
You can have a really good night sleep and can relax away from the busy city life. Breakfast is also good!

Nice grounds. Staff is totally untrained and don't get customer service. Had a very rude waitress Karen in their restaurant who kept ordering us around and telling us to wait. They have to learn how to train their staff and the staff should understand the customer is a priority and the reason they get paid and not a nuisance.

El Jardin de Zaida was like a visit to paradise. The property is beautifully maintained and very lush. The pools are amazing and provide a great way to enjoy the views. The food was superb - their executive chef offers a great menu and each dish was delicious. The spa services were wonderful and it was great to be pampered in paradise. Thank you for an amazing visit.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Stayed here for New Year's Eve until January 2. From the time I inquired re availability until the last day of our stay, I was taken care of and attended to. At the reception, checkin was a breeze. The same goes for a hassle-free checkout. Our New Year's Eve dinner buffet and Mass was capped of by a well-organized countdown party! Rodolfo's restaurant served really GOOD food and service was really great, special thanks to sir Mike! The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff attended to our every need. We will definitely go back here and recommend to family and friends! Kudos to HII!

We had a good stay but we felt the rules did not apply to everyone. On their website, it says no pets allowed. We wanted to bring our pet with us so we confirmed with their receptionist if pets are really not allowed on any circumstances and he said they have a strict no pets policy yet right after check-in we saw another guest with a pet and we also saw them by the pool. The manager/supervisor said it's because they rented an entire villa and the deal with the family was that the dog wasn't allowed to go out of the room and yet they brought their pet to the poolside. It was quite unfair.

Impeccably clean rooms, the most sumptuous food, super friendly staff, and the most relaxing massage. El Jardin de Zaida has consistently given us an enjoyable and relaxing vacation since we discovered the resort last 2021.

The staff were all efficient and accommodating. Food was good and place was serene, clean and nice! And my guests also loved the massage. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who would like to get away from Manila for a short while. I wish we stayed longer.

This must have been a five-star Resort/Hotel! I booked myself for an overnight stay after a meeting in the place. I had the place all to myself (no other guest) because it was a Monday! The next day Tuesday, I was surprised that they have a full staff on duty even if there was just 1 guest in the eleven hectares of lush sprawling greenery! All the staff members are very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. Best part is I have the clear, clean blue infinity pool to myself - I couldn't resist! The service was excellent from the front desk personnel attending to me from check in to check out to the young man who carried my bags. Breakfast included was more than I expected in quantity - probable because my room was good for 2 people. The food presentation is compartive to a five-star hotel restaurant except that they are generous with the serving portions - complete with the garnishings and presentation so appetizing, not to mention food taste is excellent! Room amenities are complete including a sauna inside my room!!! The cottages are balinese-inspired designs from the door step to the rooms and balconies.
Their meeting or function room is equiped with high-tech and fast connections from your laptop to the 72-inch TV and the internet with their technical staff very efficient. The small Catholic chapel at the entrance provides a wonderful experience of prayer and to commune with nature. What you see in their ads and published photo is what you will see in reality - if not more!

We absolutely loved our stay at El Jardin de Zaida. The place was the perfect place for respite from urban life. The rooms were very well-designed, clean, and well-equipped. The entire place was lush with greenery and we loved the rustic details here and there. The pools were clean and well-maintained. The food was also good! Best part was the staff who were very attentive and accommodating. Big shout out to Diane and Mhai for your great service. We had the best time here, celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is very nice - clean, lush, quiet, private, and well-maintained. The personnel are well-trained - very helpful, friendly, accommodating, and facilitative.

For me and my husband, it was a "near-perfect" place for our "our time" as we celebrate our anniversary.

I rated it 4 and considered it "near perfect" because there are still areas that I think can still be further improved:
1. lack of "free" activities for a couple - It would have been better to provide games that a couple could enjoy. My husband and I were looking forward to playing table tennis for instance. But we were told it is no longer available. Calamansi-picking may be offered for free even for a couple. What are a few calamansi giveaways? A wider variety of board games may be offered - not something you need to ask.

2. vegetarian options - There were few options for vegetarians (much less for vegans) on the menu. In general, the food prices are ok.

3. not a value-for-money - Considering all the comforts and amenities, I still would not consider it a value-for-money option that my family and I would frequently come back to. So it is something I will experience once but not go back to. I assumed its target market is not the working class. But would not it be nicer to have it more accessible even for working class? Maybe a revisit of their business model?

The entire place was very relaxing, rooms are clean and the attendants are very friendly, courteous and accommodating. My son enjoyed a lot. If you plan to go with your kids, dont forget to bring mosquito repellant!

El Jardin de Zaida was an unforgettable memory for myself, my family and fiancee, the view was amazing. Staffs were polite and gave a warmth welcome from day one to the end of our stay.

The facilities are well maintained although we did not try out the spa.
- The suite pool and infinity pool which my family loves it showcasing Bahay kubo & the Case molave it was breathtaking.
- Royal palm garden assisted by Jay, where we enjoyed the activities that were provided and it was prepared for us (as requested)
- Rodolfo's restaurant assisted by Aldrin and team, where we had our breakfast on the second day and the last day in our room (as requested), service was amazing and food tasted good.
- Calamansi picking assisted by Atog. He taught us how to cut it properly and choose the right ones in detailed. It was fun and a good experience at the last part of our stay.

Proposal Surprised
Queency helped us in many ways before, upon arrival and after reservation, the preparation and location.

The proposal that was setup awe-inspiring with the assist of Mr Gerald, Mhai and the housekeeping team that makes the whole event successful and memorable. Additionally, they suggested to have our dinner at the Gazebo instead at Rodolfo's restaurant which make the experience more intimate.

Overall, I appreciate and feel blessed of their assistance especially Mr Gerald who took care of us throughout our stay.

We had the place all to ourselves on our first night. Everyone was warm and courteous! We had Mhai, the able waiter at Rodolfo’s who took care of our dining needs! Order a frozen calamansi margarita, it’s good! Their food is good too! Everything the chef cooked was to a tee! From their chicken to steak to kare kare to their bulalo and their desserts, they’re yummy!

We would recommend getting a massage too st Rocio Soa. Recommended therapists: Myrna and Amor!

It was an overall relaxing time at El Jardin De Zaida. We had a chance to go around their property, and kudos to all staff who maintains it well. Their lush gardens, well appointed rooms and great staff were all a delight!
