NÃO TEM ELEVADOR - eu estava com malas grandes e apesar da ajuda do recepcionista, achei complicado subir e descer tudo pela escada.
O banheiro estava com FORTE odor de esgoto.

A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Quarto com sinais de vazamento , chuveiro elétrico com jatos tampados sem pressãode agua mesmo com pressurização, sem janela no banheiro e o quarto com uma janela para uma area fechar e humida. Barulho das condensadores os ares condicionados e dos outros hóspedes.
Tv so funciona se vc logar cabais abertos nao funcionam.
