Nice facilities and friendly staff.

Cons:

Be prepared that the hotel won't have your reservation through booking.com in their system. For some reason they struggle to access the system. However, they certainly will have vacancy. However, if you want to make sure that the reservation is in there system, even if you have received a confirmation via booking.com already, call them. That will also increase the chances that your room will actually be ready when you arrive.

Nice experience
Pros:

Staff was superb! Friendly, cheerful and always helpful. Our room was very clean as was the overall property. Quality of food was very good!

Cons:

Restaurant service was slow, which is common Rwanda.

Très bel hôtel récent
Pros:

Hôtel très récent et très agréable situé à 45 minutes en voiture (sur des pistes pour la majorité du trajet) de la sortie nord du parc de l'Akagera. Il n'y a rien autour et peu de clients, ce qui est assez bizarre. Les repas au restaurant sont excellents et le buffet petit-déjeuner de très bonne qualité. Très chouette piscine, propreté irréprochable et literie confortable.

Tout était très bien sauf le calme dû à l'absence de clients.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not informed about the water issues. Every hour, we were told that the water would be available soon. The staff claimed that the whole town was without water. We called Booking.com and canceled our reservation. We went to the reception to inform them that we wanted to change hotels, as we couldn’t take a shower after the safari, especially since this wasn’t a cheap hotel. After telling them that we canceled the reservation through Booking.com, the hotel refunded our money and assured us that they would be happy to host us again. However, it turned out that water was available everywhere except in this hotel. We feel deceived by the staff. I hate being deceived, especially by the hotel.
