Endroit magnifique
Pros:

L’hôtel est un petit bijou historique . Très propre , le personnel est au petit soin. La promenade à travers l’hôtel jusqu’à la très grande piscine est un enchantement. Nous avons l’impression d’avoir vécu un voyage au 19 eme siècle.

Pros:

Grosse einladende Anlage mit viel Grün. Allgemein sind die öffentliche Räume alle sehr schön und sauber eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns deutlich mehr erwartet, wenn sich das Hotel schon „Gran Hotel“ nennt. Leider hatte unser Zimmer weder Tageslicht, noch funktionierte die Klimaanlage richtig.
Auch das Personal liess zu wuenschen uebrig: Es wurde nicht gegruesst, und generell wirkte der Service wenig aufmerksam.
Am Morgen im Frühstücksraum bot sich ein aehnliches Bild: Alle Tische waren schmutzig und nichts war aufgeraeumt. Als wir schliesslich nachfragten, ob man uns einen sauberen Tisch vorbereiten könnte, wurde uns lediglich ein dreckiger Tisch gezeigt, auf dem noch das Geschirr der vorherigen Gaeste stand.
Sehr schade – das Hotel haette viel Potenzial, aber es fehlt eindeutig an Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail.

solo para estadías breves. Muy mejorable
Pros:

El personal es amable y la ubicación es buena.

Cons:

EL hotel es viejo y las habitaciones de mantención regular. Las toallas de muy mala calidad y la cama dura. Muy ruidoso el lado que da hacia la piscina, con música fuerte hasta tarde. El desayuno deja bastante que desear.
