Style from yesteryear
Pros:

It was an older grand property with a beautiful style about it. The room was very comfortable and the menu in the restaurant reasonably priced. The cocktails were very well priced.

La mejor atención que he recibido en toda mi vida en un hotel

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, entorno seguro, la relación calidad precio es muy muy buena, es un hotel tipo colonial que tiene lo necesario, la comida es muy rica y con sabor casero. Pero lo que más destaco es la calidez de su personal, el servicio de asistencia médica que tiene el hotel.

Llegué muy enfermo al hotel y aunque mi habitación no estaba lista y era muy temprano me asustaron una y se preocupado de verdad por ayudarme, me llamaron un equipo medico, me inyectaron, luego Edison Galeano que fue quien estuvo más pendiente, llamó a la droguería me ayudó a pedir los medicamentos, me consiguió agua y me hizo seguimiento. Eso no tiene precio y no lo había sentido jamás en ningún hotel del mundo.

Volvería mil veces a este hotel y me llevó a pensar que esta es una gran diferencia entre el porqué escoger un hotel y no rentar un apartamento o habitación donde no tienes estos servicios y coberturas.

Gracias mil gracias a Edison se merece el premio al empleado del año por esta experiencia inigualable.
