It was conveniently located to my business in Katie. Breakfast was very good.
Cons:

The happy hour was very sad, a few cheese squares and olives were not satisfying enough, especially with flys landing on them. The only ice available for the room was to go down to the bar. The toilet paper holder was broken causing the roll to continually fall on the floor.

Need to hire more housecleaning staff!
Pros:

The cleanliness of the room was severely lacking, especially the bathroom. Also, the shower leaked across the bathroom tile while in use, making the tile floor unsafe. The housekeeping services here are woefully understaffed. In a six night stay, we had to twice ask for fresh towels, and for our room to be cleaned. In that entire time, I saw only one person with a cleaning cart, on only one morning.
Although the front desk staff were cordial, the condition of the room far fell below what was expected for the price paid. Not Marriott standards at all.
Did give two stars because it was well located.

I had an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff was great, housekeeping kept my room stocked and clean.

Cons:

I was there for 7 days and the breakfast tho was as good. It never change. Same items every day.

The PERFECT Wedding Hotel!
Pros:

Oh m g!! Our stay at the Element was phenomenal!!! I'm the bride, and I needed to find a hotel for our group to stay at for our local wedding. I wanted to find a hotel that was nice, but not crazy expensive, and the Element SURPASSED my expectations. I worked with Joselyn the whole time and she was amazing!!! Always responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect. She even got little goodie bags made for our guests with waters, a snack, and a drink voucher for the bar. As the bride/groom, we got our room upgraded as well and she left us a sweet basket and note. It was so thoughtful! The free breakfast was also divine!!! It included an omelet bar, yogurt, traditional breakfast servings, coffee, tea, etc. The central location was perfect for our stay as well and easy to find for guests. It was clean, and beautiful! I would highly recommend this stay for a one-off night, but especially for groups, because it was perfect!!!

My first visit
Pros:

I like how clean the room was. Especially the bed, fresh new sheets. Very clean utensils.
Especially the goodview from the second floor

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that my body wash only had enough for 2 shots and the pot it was a little small, and needed to ask for much larger one, to cook in the room. Also, the aroma did not seem to be 520 square feet. It seemed to be like around 400 square feet. But I remember purchasing the 520 square feet.

It was good.
Pros:

The breakfast wasn't very good. It was better The last time I was there. I settle for cereal and milk. The sausage wasn't cooked well, the gravy was cold and biscuits were not great. The juice was fine. There need to be improvement. That's was I look for when I stay.

I will recommend and stay here because it was wonderful.
Pros:

Breakfast was perfect, had different options. We stayed at the Katy location. The staff was very respectful, polite, and ready to help.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like this time around. Everything was great.

Cons:

Fire alarm/drill? Went off at 6:15am requiring total evacuation by hotel guests.
Had to call downstairs to request sheets and blankets for the fold out sofa bed, took over 30 minutes to receive them.

Quiet Getaway
