The bathroom was not clean, there was hair every where. We booked for 2 nights and only stay for 1 decide to book some where else for the follow night.
The photos look very nice.
Staff was accommodating.
The furniture is old, shower head was broken, curtains old, chairs old with cigarette holes. Needs a paint job on the walls.
Accommodation as per the pictures - lovely decor and very spacious and comfortable.
Opportunity to improve shower door to avoid too much water going on the floor although the shower was nice and strong.
The only thing i likes was the cute set up.
The aircon os not working the apartment was supper cold and heater not working so damn cold especially because its winter, the microwave was not working no hot water in the morning when i had to bath supper disppointing considering thta its winter we need need the hot stuff. Wifi was only connecting to their tv yet theres a password provided for us. The apartment was no clean especially the floor. What a waste of money. We had to sit in the car the entire night just so we get warmed up. Of you considering going there during winter please bring a heater with, and also prepare youself to bath woth extra cold water
We were booked into the wrong room and our private luggage was moved without our consent to another room. That is not acceptable.
No power for a night and the whole of the next day, no generator for backup. Had to leave early because of this issue
The place is family friendly. Lots of flashy colourfull decorations and kids love it.
There was no breakfast but not a problem for us as we didn't need it.
Very clean and comfortable.
