Hôtel très bien situé a Osaka, proche de plusieurs stations de métro et du centre commercial. Dotonbori très accessible à pied également. Comme dans tous les hôtels, vous pouvez leur confier vos bagages le jour du check in pour aller visiter le temps que la chambre soit prête
Le personnel est très sympathique, vous avez a disposition un distributeur d'eau, de glaçon ainsi qu'une machine a café et une laverie.

Cons:

Malheureusement l'insonorisation de la chambre était très mauvaise, nous entendions les personnes des autres chambres, dont un bébé qui a beaucoup pleuré.

Pros:

The best hotel we stayed in on our Japan trip. Super location, extremely stylish. It’s so nice and the room is huge, comfortable, the staff is great - we absolutely loved it.

The staff was great. I needed a doctor and they were happy to make a coupon phone calls to not only make an appointment
Pros:

The location was top notch. Pleanty of great restaurants, shops and transportation options! The breakfast was generous and the staff was very prompt with any requests you had, such as extra pillows, iron etc.

Great location, attentive and considerate hotel staff.
Pros:

Good location, very close to all the action, but just outside of the “no go taxi pickup zone”. The rooms were spacious and the facilities has self recycling bins for guest.

早餐的沙拉好吃

Cons:

.房間床鋪不知是否打掃沒有落實，住宿第二天皮膚開始全身很癢，退房時有反應。
2.因為颱風朝日本而去，大阪下雨，退房後回飯店想跟飯店借吹風機吹乾受潮無法充電的手機，日籍員工嚴肅拒絕，反而是會說中文的員工願意協助溝通，雖然最後沒有借成，希望日籍員工能多點服務彈性。
台風のため、心斎橋に雨が降っていた、携帯電話濡れてた充電できませんので、ドライヤーを借りたっかたが日本のstaffの対応冷たいです貸してもらわなっかた、もっと柔軟性があれば良いです
逆に中国語話せるstaffの対応が良かったです。
最後貸して貰わないが

Pros:

El desayuno estaba bastante bien

Cons:

Si hubiera sido el primer hotel en el que nos alojamos le pondría 10 en todo, pero estuvimos en otros de la misma categoría y precio que estaban bastante mejor en todos los sentidos. Si que está muy céntrico y para ir a dotonbiri, namba etc genial, pero eso también implica que está en una zona con mucho ruido por la noche que, aunque las ventanas aíslan bien, abrirlas era la forma de refrescar la habitación si no querías escuchar el ruido del aire acondicionado toda la noche.
En resumen, es un buen hotel, pero en comparación a otros del mismo precio en los que estuvimos se queda algo atrás.
