Friendly Staff. Free (nice) coffee avaliable from machine. Room reasonable size for Japan. Fabulous walk in shower.
Lounge area modern industrial with tiny deck chair like furniture but warm and comfortable. Washing Machines and Ice Provider with Ice Buckets should you need.
Not enough clothes hangers in wardrobe and no where to hang outside coats except in said wardrobe.
Everything was amazing. The staff were attentive, the breakfast was great, the beds were comfy. I’m sad we only stayed 3 nights.

I wanted to do the shopping and dining in the heart of the Osaka shopping district. This was right there. It is pretty swanky the coffee is delicious.
I didn't like that I couldn't go out on the balcony but I understand for a safety reason since the air conditioners are on the balcony as well.
super comfy bed, loved the aesthetic of the hotel. the staff were so kind and gave us a free breakfast for our celebration

The property was well located and walking distance to Dotonbori. The laundry facilities were also fantastic and clothes dried really quickly which was great.
The beds were very very uncomfortable, after full days exploring a nice comfortable bed would have topped the day off. In all honesty I would not return because of how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! Hotel staff were absolutely incredible, hotel was beautiful, rooms were a great size and very well located (close to everything and train stations). Overall an exceptional experience and we would definitely stay again!
The Breakfast was amazing, the staff are fantastic, the location is perfect and the facilities were comfortable and quiet.
