Great facilities like on-site laundry, coffee machine and breakfast. Very close to Dotonbori, Uniqlo, America-mura. Staff were very friendly and helped with same day delivery from Osaka to Kyoto. Close to train station.

It was near a lot of restaurants and two major malls and also a lot of shopping streets nearby! I loved the breakfast buffet ~

Excellent location, close to many food options, shopping and trains yet there is virtually no street noise inside. The room was great however the toilet did have a musty smell each time we used it. Not sure if it was a septic thing or not. The toilet built in deodorizer did not help so we used the provided air freshener spray to help. The shower was probably one of the best during our Japan visit and the bathroom is large. Hotel has free coffee available, they provided refillable water bottles during our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage on early arrival and also when we checked out.

Midden in het gezellige Shinsaibashi gelegen, tussen heel veel restaurants en nog meer winkels. Toch een heerlijk rustig, mooi vormgegeven hotel. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Kamer klein, maar prima ingedeeld. Bedden en het ontbijt waren ook goed. Leuke plek, voldoende keus en goede producten. Het hotel gebruikt leenflessen om water mee te tappen, slim. Wasmachines en drogers ook helemaal OK.

Otel kesinlikle tekrar gidilecek bir yer.. Hizmet kalitesi harika, temizlik ve içerik muhteşem, konumu mükemmel, alışveriş yapıp tüm alışveriş eşyalarınızı otel odanıza sık sık gelip koyabilirsiniz, çalışanların ilgisi de gayet iyi.. Ayrıca sundukları otel hizmetleri de gayet yerinde.. Kahvaltısı da kesinlikle oldukça başarılı ve yeterli.. Konaklama esnasında lobide sıcak içecekler, sıcak ve soğuk su, buz otomatı gibi hizmetler tamamen ücretsiz.. Standart odaları da diğer Japonya ve özellikle Tokyo otellerine göre daha büyük, 4 bavulu rahatça sığdırabilirsiniz ve standart oda ferah, banyo ve tuvalet ve oda ekipmanları yepyeni, yataklar rahat, konakladığımız 4 ayrı otele göre söyleyebilirim ki en konforlusu bu.. ✌️💯

This hotel is definitely a place I would return to. The service quality is fantastic, the cleanliness and amenities are superb, the location is perfect, you can shop and frequently return all your purchases to your hotel room, and the staff's attentiveness is excellent. The hotel services they offer are also very good. The breakfast is definitely quite good and sufficient. Hot drinks, hot & cold water, and ice machine are completely free in the lobby during your stay. The standard rooms are also larger than other hotels in Japan, especially in Tokyo; you can easily fit four suitcases, and the room is spacious. The bathroom, toilet, and room furnishings are brand new, and the beds are comfortable. Of the four different hotels we stayed in, I can say this was the most comfortable. ✌️💯

Super Lage & die Zimmer sind etwas größer als sonst üblich in Japan. Moderne Ausstattung.

Location is close by amenities and Dotonburi. Staff can speak English.

Morgenmaden var over den standard som vi havde oplevet på andre hoteller i Japan. En behagelig overraskelse. Beliggenheden var helt perfekt med alt indenfor overskuelig gåafstand.

Excellent location but too small
