Great location, great staff
Pros:

Everything, the hotel is fab. The staff were so friendly. Great location, the hotel is lush and so clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Osaka

Worth to stay. Wonderful location
Pros:

1.The room size is large when comparing with standard hotel room size in Japan esp. in the city
2. The room was so clean. The restroom was also very clean ..no mold and big enough.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, very well situated. Good facilities & helpful staff.

Cons:

No real complaints beyond perhaps slightly thin walls meaning sound travelled easily.

They also created some anxiety (arguably needless) around the luggage transfer process - if the drop off time is by 11am, calling you at 10.30am to ask where you are is not okay.

Perfect place to rest nearby to the station.
Pros:
