A must stay hotel for Osaka
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, the best we stayed in during our Japan holiday. Fantastic location, great staff and room. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day and had a huge variety. I will stay here if I am ever in Osaka again.

Really smart hotel very centrally located, very comfortable
Pros:

Very modern and stylish. Access to ice maker, free coffee and laundry facilities great. Bathroom/shower state of the art

room - so clean & the hotel was so close to everything so we could easily access throughout the day when we were shopping. Staff so helpful and attentive and offered us a free breakfast which was amazing!

Gut gelegen, modern.

Cons:

Die gefrosteten Fenster - nie wieder. Ich habe das bei der Buchung nicht gesehen - es gibt nur ein Bild bei der Beschreibung, aber ich scrolle nicht immer durch alle Bilder durch. Ich habe 2 Tag früher aufgecheckt, weil leider kein Upgrade möglich war mit einem Zimmer mit Fenstern, aus denen man raus schauen kann. Auch kippen konnte man die Fenster nicht.
