プラスマイナス０かな
Pros:

今回の目的に際しては、ちょうどいい立地にあり、行動するのに良かった。
洗面所、トイレ、シャワールームは清潔できれいだった。（バスはついていなかった）
洗濯機、乾燥機があったのが良かった。
自動のチェックイン・アウトができる。

Cons:

着いた直後、チェックインしようとしたが、エラーでなかなかできず、フロントの担当者が不在で、不在の際の連絡先はあったので連絡するも、つながらず30分ほど待機させられた。
駐車場が少ない、宿泊部屋分くらいの数の駐車場を用意しておいてほしい。

期待通り
Pros:

カップラーメンの自販機が助かった。ホテルの前の駐車場はミニバン厳しいので軽、コンパクト限定だと思う。徒歩1分の駐車場にアルファード置いてはどに行きましたが何の問題もありませんでした。畳の広い部屋で布団敷いて一家五人、楽しかったです。徒歩10分でファミマがあります

客の居る時間帯に大きな声で廊下で笑ったり、しゃがみこんで雑談していた。

Pros:

Rien, personne a l'accueil jusqu'à 15h, dans une zone industrielle a 20 minutes a pieds de la gare.

Cons:

Chambre un peu sale, animal dans le tatami. On a du faire les lits nous mêmes. On n’a pas compris si le petit dejeuner était inclus ou pas, il n’y avait personne a l'accueil du coup on ne l’a pas pris. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Cons:

部屋のホコリがすごかった。空気清浄機も隅にあったがホコリが積もっていた。手洗い場のコップもホコリ。ヨギボーの置いてある、簡易な畳もすき間はホコリだらけ。しばらく誰も利用されていなかったのでしょうか?エアコンもかなりのカビでした。宿泊施設なので、せめて見えるところはキレイにするべきです。

Pros:

Easy to find. 18 minute walk from the train station.
Check in was easy and a breeze. Wifi good. Clean beds and towels. An okay base for Itsukushima and Iwakuni.

Cons:

Location was a little long to get to on foot with luggage. Taxi is available via Go app but not all the time. Early morning none were in the area which may have just been my luck that day.

機会があれば、また利用させていただきます。
Pros:

朝食の時間が7:00〜でしたが、事情を説明して少し早く出来ないか相談すると、心良く対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

近隣の部屋から騒いでいる声が聞こえて、なかなか寝付けませんでした。仕事で利用させてもらっていたので24時を過ぎているにもかかわらず大声で騒がしかった人達がいたのが、非常に残念でした。

安いので仕方ない。
Pros:

安かった。

Cons:

洗面台にコンセントがない。シャワーのみなことに気づかなかった。電子レンジがないことも気づかなかった。シャワーの温度の変動が激しく40度にしても水になったりしめ安定しなかった…。リモコンが不衛生だった…。
