requested and paid for room with Queen sized bed but was given room with 2 double beds. A replacement room was arranged but next door room was noisy as the room was connected room, so I could hear the loud TV noise from the next room.
Very easy access from the airport, and JM in the gym was always with such a great attitude
They didn’t inform me till my arrival that the pool would be closed till 5:30pm both days of my stay.
Then, my friend that came to visit from very far tried to checking in with his family but the receptionist told him that the pool would be closed the whole day on 31st and will reopen on the 1st at 5:30pm, then my friend decided to stay somewhere else what made our plans a little bit more difficult making me spend quite a lot in taxis to get to every place we had planned.
But when I arrived at 18hs on the 31st to make use of the sauna (which was OFF every time I’ve tried to use it wasting my time both days)… I’ve heard kids on the pool and surprise! The pool was open, I’ve asked the guy working at the pool and he confirmed that the pool would open both days at 5:30pm! We asked about this 3 times before my friend decided to stay somewhere else, in English and In tagalo! So it wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was completely wrong from the receptionists team, when this happened also there was another receptionist listening but didn’t say anything about it. This misunderstanding and the lack of communication before arrival really made of my stay something difficult to deal with.
When I did my check out I’ve talked about this with the person in concierge and the only answer was, I’m so sorry.. I’m so sorry. Unbelievable
We got in late past 1AM but there was still a full staff to help us. They were courteous and efficient getting us into our room in a timely manner. Also, they were helpful at checkout with luggage and arranging transportation to the airport for our next flight. Dining room and poolside dining were good menu choices and fast service.
We should have booked a larger room. We travel with a lot of luggage (6 pieces) and standard room with queen bed was a little too small. It would have been fine with less luggage.

The management is utterly insane - they have half an hour queues constantly. Yet they don’t bother to put more people on the front desk.
It’s either gross incompetence or they really don’t like guests.
