I book this hotel for conviency to close to the airport. The room is small and smell like sewer. Would not come back.

The room was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. The prices for a massage were a joke for Manilla - but we just walked2 blocks. The staff were amazing.

I stay everytime at the savoy every time I am in manilla, conveniently located.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was amazing, after having it once my fiancee and I went back everyday for the buffet.

Cons:

If you dont book a suite you do not have a smart TV and the bathroom is so small, but not a big deal, just book a suite.

Overall an extremely pleasant stay at the Savoy.
Pros:

We had dinner which was very good and breakfast was well presented and plenty of options. The gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond to explain everything and to help us.
