Pros:

The staff is most exceptional. They all greet with smiles and are very accommodating. The hotel is very elegant. The food is delicious. I will stay every time I am in the Philippines.

Would highly recommend for great night sleep.

The bed pillows and linen were super. So comfy.

Cons:

Had to plug kettle in bathroom as no outlet near kettle. Very small space for 2 adults.

Wonderful first impression
Pros:

From the moment we arrived on our first day, the level of service has been exceptional. The staff have been remarkably attentive, gracious, and genuinely hospitable, making us feel truly welcomed and well cared for. Shout out to Sir Jayson Nassif for being super exceptional with the service. He went above and beyond to provide the best service for my daughter and me.

How lovely the staff were. Breakfast nice and has a selection. Beds comfy and bedroom nice. Gave snacks and some drinks. Allowed me to have early checkin which was nice of them.

Cons:

I booked because of the swimming pool but was made aware only at checkin that it was closed for maintenance during the day. Was told I could go to a sister hotel pool but kinda defeated the point of my stay tbh. Was hard to find, had to walk across busy road to get there. Paid a decent amount for the hotel but could have gotten better quality for same price if I just went further into the city. Felt highly disappointed by my entire stay, contacted them asking for a late checkout as a result and they didn’t respond

Used as a stopover in Manila .. was fine and I’m kinda fussy! So I was happy overall.
Pros:

Near airport - clean and simple Rooms. Decent aircon. Nice breakfast. Easy to check in and out.

Cons:

A bit dated but it’s fine.

As my experience is in general in the Philippines. The service is excellent, friendly, and very respectful. A special thanks to Julianne and Jade as they are helpfull and very respectful. The Savoy hotel in Manila next to the int Airport is for travelers a good starting point and as in my case a good end stop before flying home. Salamat po! Till we meet again M.

I would like to commend the staffs of the resto downstairs! Theyre awesome and all smiles! To Jade, Julliane and Lhory. The males staff Joms and Ben. They all need a raise! Lovely shower and bed
