Nice hotel in good location, but including disappointments.
Pros:

The hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are good size, neat and tidy.

Cons:

TV channel’s didn’t work properly, if they worked at all.
Pool/Gym/Spa area was closed for private events at all times.

The staff training at check in.the room service food was substandard.cold and stale i got food poisoning from your old frozen non cresh battered fish and tartar sauce.having to pay twice for my stay due ti not understanding

the property are close to everything very convenient to terminal 3 .. staffs are friendly and attentive the room are spacious and clean ..

Cons:

One thing im disappointed is the breakfast buffet, wish they have more choice of selection specially for kids , my daughter love hotdogs and they only have langonisa , and also they stop the shuttle bus going to the airport which is really handy to have that before ..
