The staff was very nice. The room and the washroom was big. The location was perfect to catch all the attractions.
No closet and only two hangers.
Very comfortable
Only one of the staff (morning receptionist) was being annoyed, unhelpful, not friendly, unable to manage inquiries politely. Other than her, the rest of the staffs and also the night receptionist were too good.
We can sleep well and when the curtain is close the room is very dark.

Dlaczego w Malezji nie ma normalnych okien w pokojach? Tutaj niby było okno, ale wychodziło na wąski, zabudowany komin ze świetlikiem na górze. Przez to w pokoju był półmrok (lepsze to niż całkowity brak okna, ale jednak przy rezerwacji spodziewałam się normalnego okna ze światłem dziennym).

The hotel location is pretty unbeatable. The room is nice and spacious, as is the bathroom. Aircon was new and worked well. Good place for a short stay to explore Georgetown. Clean and modern. Close to main bus terminal.
The room was advertised as "with window" but the window looks out to only a square meter of concrete (first pic), so I wouldn't really count it as window (or pay premium for it). The fridge didn't work the whole time we were there so we only had warm waters. There's laundry service which is handy but we found it quite expensive and some of our clothes shrank :(
Nothing really bad enough not to still recommend based on the cheap price!

accoglienza dello staff molto deludente, neanche un sorriso. la stanza poteva essere pulita meglio, appena entrati abbiamo trovato un capello sul tavolino.

Front desk staff was not friendly. Indian Muslim lady did not smile nor greet any patron/visitor. Appreciate if they could educate her more on front desk service and hospitality.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel has really good security, even requiring your card-key to activate the elevator. The room was super-nice, very modern, and really comfortable. Would definitely stay there again should I find myself in Penang George Town area.
