Pros:

Lobby didn’t have air conditioning. Booked this last min after touching down in Haikou at 1+am. Unable to back date booking because Expedia is stupid.

Pros:

Counter staff was exceptionally helpful. I asked a male counter staff how to get to the Teddy Bear Museum, he was lost. The lady counter staff (I believed she's a senior staff) quickly stepped in to help. She offerred to get me a taxi, telling me the fare required.
As the weather is too hot, I reached back at the hotel around 1 plus. I expected my room to be still messy as I have left in the morning. Surprise, my room was already cleaned up. Very different from most hotels that I have stayed in.3 thumbs up for that.
