Расположение отличное, персонал отзывчивый.
Pros:

Расположение отеля. Доброжелательность персонала. Хотя в отеле заявлено, что говорят по-русски, но это пару фраз, но желание понять и помочь было большое и переводчик выручал.

Cons:

Номер на 4 этаже, крутая лестница. Рекомендую уточнять заранее на каком этаже находится номер, для пожилых людей очень актуально.

Alojamiento poco confortable.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

No hay ascensor. No limpian las habitaciones si no lo pides. No reponen papel higiénico, gel de ducha, champú. El edificio no tiene recepción. La puerta principal siempre está abierta y no hay vigilancia alguna. En general, las habitaciones no tienen un nivel aceptable de confort.

Avoid this place at all costs
Cons:

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. The room was completely different from the photos - I had to argue and escalate the issue just to get the room I originally booked. It was very cold, the room was not heated at all. The reception staff tried to mislead me several times

Muy buena ubicación y el personal muy amable. Las camas eran cómodas y la habitación era bastante grande.

Cons:

La ventana de la habitación estaba rota y no se podía cerrar. Pasamos frío a la noche.

The overall stay was good.
Pros:

The location is excellent - close to all the main attractions in Sultanahmet.

Cons:

Toilet / bathroom needs a bit more - like a shampoo / body wash holder, towel rack.

Also, the WiFi was a bit slow.
